Miss Glenda at the front register was so super kind and helpful! She walked me through some carepass coupon stuff that was confusing me, and she did so with patience and kindness. Absolutely amazing customer service by Glenda. I’m very pleased :)

Went to pick up a medication last night through the drive thru and even though the website say they close at 9pm.. we were there at 8:40 and no one attended us at the window. They saw us and just completely ignored the fact we were at the window. Left without our medication. Completely disappointing.

I don’t fill my prescriptions here, but do a fair amount of shopping for other items at this location. I’ve always had a pretty good experience and good interactions with employees until today. Covid has been more prevalent in the last couple of months and I’ve started wearing my mask again. I do this because I’m the caregiver of someone with a major disability, who happens to be immunocompromised. Upon entering the establishment I noticed a customer at the register giving me a dirty look, and think nothing of it. I go to look for my items and overhear the customer and the cashier, Glenda, making disparaging remarks about me and my mask. Needless to say, I was pretty shocked that an employee at a pharmacy, for a corporation that extols wellness was speaking that way. I confronted Glenda and let her know that I heard her and would be informing corporate of her behavior. Glenda denied saying what she said until I quoted it back verbatim. She then tells me “I don’t agree with wearing masks”. I don’t know Glenda, but I know for a fact she doesn’t have a phd, or a degree in epidemiology. I don’t care what Glenda agrees with. I don’t care about Glenda’s medical opinions or political affiliations. My wearing a mask does not affect these people in any way. If Glenda knew what I’ve been through trying to protect myself and my vulnerable loved one from getting Covid, maybe she’d have a little more empathy. Needless to say, I’m disgusted. Called corporate and have serious doubts anything will be done. My hope is Glenda at least gets a refresher on how to treat others. My only advice for Glenda is this; wait until your customers are out of the store before you trash talk them.

Was helpful and very friendly. I won't lie, sometimes they won't have my meds in stock but they make sure to get them quickly. They offer to help and answer any questions, problems or concerns that I may have. I switched to CVS Pharmacy after Walgreens closed well over a decade ago. Plus when you go inside the store there are so many more products that aren't pharmaceutical products. It's definitely worth the time to go inside and have a look around, I believe that anyone that does this will be pleasantly surprised.

Was in line at 5:45p. Lady in front of me was taking forever. When I pulled up they were closing the window. Wasn't 6p. "Can u come back tomorrow? " No! I had been waiting. Called the store to complain. Their response was to go to 24 hr store 25 mins away. Thanks alot! If it was closer to 6p or after, I get it. I had ONE prescription. Just rude and uncalled for. I'll be reporting this to district manager. It's BP med. And apparently this is a common theme,.

Pulled up to the pharmacy drive thru at 759 and the young guy was like I'm closed. I said well I have a minute to go. He said we're closed. Kinda laid up on the counter looking all lazy like he didnt want to work. I said well I'm out of a medicine. His response well call the 24 hour store. I see how much y'all care about my health lol. I need you to respond with the district manager name and number because I will be transferring my stuff to Walgreens

I have told them at least a dozen times I do not want my Rx on auto refill. They swear they are no longer on auto refill yet invariably I get a phone call my Rx is ready when I never called it in. If they can’t handle this simple request how are they handling medication? Not to mention they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

With all their profits, they can't hire another person so you can pick up your prescriptions between 1:30 and 2:00 or even the management skill to stagger their lunches so costumers can pick up their prescriptions. I for one will look for another pharmacy to use.

I bank with an online bank that does not have a physical, branch location or presence in Northeast GA. The only way I can deposit actual cash money is at certain CVS checkouts. I've been making my cash deposits for the past 3-4 years now. Majority of the time, it is both, so much quicker and much more simpler than going to a brick and mortar bank location.

Front staff is great.Pharmacy however...finally found Sudafed in stock, gave them my license, and they wouldn’t sell it to me because “the system was doing something strange”.The pharmacist was busy so wouldn’t double check it OR talk to me. (I’m not a frequent pseudoephedrine buyer.) So just don’t get sick right now because they don’t have a backup log
