The agent was very helpful and patient. He did everything he could to aid the case and never stop until he was satisfied that the best deal was getting. The tax preparer was knowledgeable and nice, explained the process and answered any questions. He took more time because of problems, however always made sure the money got back enough to pay a car off. The experience was great, the guy was really nice and always made sure the care was taken through Jackson Hewitt.
I have been using them for years, and have never been disappointed. Fast, accurate, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend !
