Bethany Goodman was so incredibly helpful! She is very efficient and knowledgeable! She found more write-offs than any other accountant has ever found in the past! She also offered me the lowest rate to prepare my taxes than I have ever been charged in the past 25 years! Bethany helped me in the off-season when I had to do an amendment because my previous tax accountant made a mistake and never called me back to assist me with correcting it. Bethany did not charge me any fee when she assisted me with fixing a previous tax return that was not even filed with her as part of my amendment. She’s also very personable, kind and caring.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Liberty Tax, Oakwood GA. They are very competent and knowledgeable. Secondly they are timely as it didn't take long to complete our taxes. We had an 11am appointment and we were on time and so were they! They are professional yet personable. Their office is clean and comfortable. I would recommend this Liberty Tax Office if you are in need of a tax professional. Last year we worked with Bethany and this year it was Maria and both met and exceeded our expectations!

I’ve been going to Liberty Tax for almost 4 years now and because it’s always a pleasant experience, I look forward to filing there year after year ! I believe this is my 2nd year in a row having my taxes filed by Maria and she’s always a joy . It can be a tedious process but with some good conversation, before you know it, you’re done . Amazing. Answers all my questions in a way I can understand. Quick and efficient. Love Bethany and Eric and Maria helped me out this year. This is my 5th consecutive year having them prepare my taxes and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very friendly and professional but I don’t believe my refund was done correctly I feel like I didn’t get back what I was supposed to get back with a dependent I have never got that low amount with a dependent I don’t think i will return next year.
