Oil Change near Oakwood, GA

“So I went to my RV storage and found my Class A RV with a flat. I called Good Sams road side assistance for help (I am a paid member). They told me in order for them to come out I would have to buy a tire from them upfront for $935 (a new tire cost more like $500).!!!! You can guess what I told them.
I Googled RV tire repair and found Jim Whitehead Best One Tire & Service. When I called Gomez answered. He was so helpful and responsive. We set an appt for the next day at 2pm.
The next day at 2 Ryan showed up. What an amazing guy. Polite, understanding and thorough. Problem solved and I didn’t need a tire after all.

“Unfortunately, this was only my second time at this place and I thought well let’s go ahead and get there before the rush-hour traffic in the afternoon and see if I can get it done. It was probably the most disheartening display of efficiency that I have seen. There are approximately six employees there. I had a basic oil change and they said I needed a light changed in the driver side back brake light. As they were doing all of this, it was taking unusually a long time to get anything done. However, They had time to walk around, literally like zombies talking to each other laughing some guy was there wasn’t the manager, but someone else pretty heavy set and was talking to people at times. There were three people around him talking while people are in the base me included. As far as any work ethic, there was absolutely none because they kept walking around laughing. One guy was walking around asking if somebody had something to put his hair in a bow, so it wasn’t in his face. It took over one hour and 30 minutes to get it done and then they told me it wasn’t the light and the manager said he could not give me a refund and I needed to call customer service. I know these things happen and I know it’s hard to hire good people, but this was ultimately one of the worst experiences in service on one of my vehicles I have ever had. Consequently, I have owned over 400 vehicles because of the business I was in and so I have had literally thousands of oil changes. Valy is off my list now now would highly suggest if you’re gonna get an oil change. Keep yourself at least two hours and then that way you won’t be frustrated.”

“Great experience here today! Within 15 minutes of my arrival, they had checked my tires and brought them up to correct pressure (thankfully, no leaks). They didn’t charge me anything and even had my car backed in so that it was easy to pull out on the busy street.”

“I cannot say enough about the team at Express Oil Change, especially Mark. I walked up to their shop with my car stranded down the road in a very difficult situation. My serpentine belt had fallen off and my power steering was out. Mark immediately took charge and guided me through what to do.

By the time I got to their shop with my car I was completely exhausted from muscling it out of a parking lot without power steering. There was only one tight parking space available between two cars. I simply didn't have the strength or confidence to park without power steering. Without hesitation one of their employees stepped up and parked my car for me.

After inspecting the vehicle, they immediately recognized that the alternator was falling off and that some hardware appeared to be missing. They were honest enough to tell me it needed to go back to the dealership that had done the alternator replacement 10 months ago. They didn't charge me a single penny for their time or expertise. They even volunteered to meet the tow truck so that I didn't have to wait for it.

This team was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and went far beyond what was expected. They turned a very stressful morning into something manageable. I am so grateful for all of them.”

“I've been to the Walmart tire center in Gainesville GA twice so far. First time was for an oil change on an SUV. I was able to get everything done for just under 50 bucks. Wait time was acceptable for not having an appointment and they were busy during that time. The second time was for nail in a tire. Wait time was just under 30 minutes so I was able to get a few things for the house and pool while waiting. Both times I had excellent service and quality work. Oil is fine, tire on the car is still fine after 2 weeks. Great service and fair prices. I would recommend this auto care center for anyone needing good affordable quality service done.”

“This morning I came in for Walmart Auto care to finish my son's car. It had a broken lug nut on front tire that was going to be replaced per Aaron the manager. He explained yesterday that Blevins would assist in the completion of the work the next day. I came in around 11am and the part was not picked up last night I think it was a communication mix up. But when I arrived without hesitation Blevins said I'll be right back and went to pick up the part. Came back and he started to fix the car with technician. They had the car back to me in about 45mins. The customer service was Excellent again. And I wanted Blevins. And technician Komi to be recognized for their hard work and professionalism.
