Bad experience ! I got to the office before 4:45 and the door was already closed ! I needed only 1 stamp … they had 1 customer inside still so when they open I ask if I can get the stamp of course they denied it .. I explained I was there before 4:45 and the door was closed early and I pointed to the clock in the wall it was only 4:46 and she responded that they have a special clock they go by … speechless

I’m trying to track down a package that was lost after arriving at this office. Nobody will answer their phone, and the automated service is less than zero help.

I constantly get the neighbors' mail, while not receiving my mail listed on the daily mail update online. A live person is not available with options to help.

I went there yesterday morning for the first time and will be going to this location moving forward as long as I’m in this area. They were open as soon as they stated online they are open unlike other USPS locations. I was serviced by Alyssa who is very nice and helpful. She made sure that I have enough insurance on the package I shipped and asked if I had any need for stamps or anything else that day. Thank you!

We were doing passports there . They were so very helpful knew exactly how to do the paperwork and the address to mail for expediting our material. Very friendly kind staff.

For the past several months I haven’t been getting all of my mail. I’ve been missing important paperwork, checks and credit cards. I called USPS to complain and they said they’d look into it and get back to me. They never did. I went to the post office and spoke with a very rude postmaster. He told me it was my fault and refused to do anything further. This is unacceptable. I’m afraid to have anything important sent to me because I may not get it. You should be able to trust your mail person

I normally don't have any issues here, but the lady today was kind of rude and not very helpful.

Office Hours say open until 4:45pm but I went yesterday (Thursday) at 2:50pm and they were closed. Tried calling this morning to confirm they would be open before driving out again and couldn't get anyone on the line. Will try again today.

I called today and was literally only on the phone for 1 minute according to my call log. I was trying to ask a question to the woman that answered the phone, but she kept talking over me. I explained to her that I was trying to ask a question, but she keeps interrupting me before I can finish what I am saying. She said it is because her line is full and she is trying to get it down and continued to talk over me as I was trying to say something. I informed her that speaking over people is considered to be rude and hung up as I obviously was an inconvenience to her. 1. I literally took 1 minute of your time, so there is no reason to rush me off the phone. 2. You have no right to be rude to any customer regardless of how busy you can be. Ask the customer if they can hold a few minutes so that you can knock down your line instead of making them feel like a burden.
