Once again I walk into a Wells Fargo mid day and am unable to be served. I’m a Premier customer and can’t even open a new account because everyone is at lunch. Shouldn’t at least one person be there during business hours at all times to handle personal banking? Third time this has happened in the past year.

I wish I could give a negative star. I went to change my legal name from a marriage. Gave my GA state ID (which has the name change) my marriage license and I was told no. I need more documents. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be closing my 4 account and going somewhere that doesn’t have idiots running the bank.

I went in on a Saturday morning to get a document notarized and they were able to get me in and out. Everyone was very accommodating and let me know someone would be with me shortly. Wait wasn't very long. Candice was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Very clean atmosphere and I felt valued.

WHY WILL NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE AT THIS BRANCH ON SATURDAY????? I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM 2 SATURDAYS BUT OTHER BRANCHES THAT ARE OPEN WILL ANSWER!!!!!

Not sure why this location has bad reviews. I've gotten multiple notaries done here at no issues (even 10 min before closing). Never had an issue with a teller at the drive-thru and never had a bad experience inside. Sometimes the ATM outside is out of order, but that's a minor inconvenience.

This was the most unpleasant visit to Wells Fargo I ever made. It felt like they did not want any business with us because we walked in after 4pm. And if you require to sign in to see the banker, please provide something to write with!

Public notary Alejandra Sanabria at this establishment is the absolute worst notary in hall county. I came in an hour in advance to notify her of my being there; at 12:00pm Friday September 24th 2021 and she didn’t even bother to check the list where my name was obviously scheduled. While she was filling paper work (which both had to do) she kept shaking her hand as if she was in excruciating pain, she slammed her stamp into my documents and when she was finished she didn’t even have the courtesy to hand me my papers organized she just walked out while talking under breath saying that my document took almost 30 minute to fill and started apologizing to a man who clearly came in after me saying “I’m sorry I thought they’re documents wouldn’t take that long I’m sorry.” She then proceeded to ignore us as we were thanking her. To be complete honestly that’s just mind blowing that during these times someone can still have the time of the day to act like that, if there was a zero star option for this I would give it in a heart beat. Worst customer service ever received by this establishment, i would recommend taking your business elsewhere these people don’t deserve it.

There were a total of 4 tellers and I was the only customer no one acknowledge or asked me to be helped. I run a local business and my time is as important as the banks time. Need lots of work on customer service.
