Rude, disrespectful, and late. Post about operating hours are true. Don't visit this location unless you love cigarette smoke, and they have the audacity to have a tip jar!

This location in union City, I visit this location a lot. Oil changes are quick and easy services. I have not had to wait a long time for service. Sometimes it can get pretty busy, but the wait time is still as expected,pretty much get you in and out. I have been visiting here for a couple of years now. The assistant. ( I am not good at names),She is very nice and friendly. The establishment is always clean and tidy.

Hurried from work, arrived to the Roosevelt Hwy, Palmetto, GA location at 5:59pm. No wait. No cone was placed on the driveway to indicate an early closure. Pulled to the door and the attendant stated, "I'm closed." She didn't even have the decency to speak to us...or look our way. She was smoking a cigarette. When my husband restated what we thought that we heard, she ignored him. I said something with a little more volume...clearly she was intentionally ignoring us. This was awful customer care. It is one thing to close 11 min. early, but to be so rude, and so very dismissive...awful. Our family with three vehicles will no longer patron this location.
