needed to get gas late at night but they close the pumps early. So if your running low on gas late at night and need someplace to go this is not the spot.

While traveling out of town, we had a flat tire and pulled off the road at this station in Palmetto, GA. Two customers helped us with what turned out to be a difficult change, and many others checked on us and offered assistance. The manager, Mark Verani, came outside, introduced himself, asked if he could bring us anything, and assured us that he would help us in any way. We are extremely grateful for Mark and his Shell station! We travel this route often and will definitely give Mark our business.

Then he gone lie and say he didn't have anymore. I told him i'm looking at them so he said oh you don't believe me, I said no not when im standing here and see you have more. I will never go here again.

Pumps: typical old-school Shell layout with pumps on either side of the moderately run down convenience store. Small lot. Access to the pumps is a pain if you're towing anything. Inconsiderate patrons who leave their cars blocking the pumps while they take their time inside the store.Store: medium size store with narrow aisles and shelves crammed close together. Dingy. Brightly lit despite a few flickering light bulbs overhead.Restrooms: two single person bathrooms, one men's and one women's. The women's room had dingy walls and door, although the... facilities? themselves were clean. I dropped a star on this review due to the lack of any kind of hook for my bag as I find having to choose between the changing table or the floor for my purse to be inconsiderate and unsanitary. (It's either that or risk peeing on it or dunking it in the toilet.)Had to wait in a line of 3 people for access to the women's room, and there was still a line when I walked out. I actually would have used the men's room instead - we were on a long road trip and I really needed to pee! - except someone was in there taking a poo (which could be smelled through the wall in the women's room).

From what I can tell you about Alice being her adopted son I lived in her house from the time I was three years old until I was 19 and she managed several convenience stores. I have seen Alice from time to time she would buy the kids handy but their mom had to come back within a week to repay what she used to get them candy. First of all I don't care if it's Walmart Target or the gas station one of those things about my mom is that she does not put up shoplifting she also does not put up with rude customers if you look under the age of 40 by law she has to card you if she doesn't the store to lose their business license the store could be fined thousands of dollar she could be fined thousands of dollars and I know this because I worked in several convenience stores during my life and the cops around Palmetto and Fayetteville they are known for running sting operation so if you're going to buy alcohol or tobacco then please bring your ID and don't give her grief because you're the one that wants to buy the cigarettes or you're the one that wants to buy the beer but you don't want to bring in your ID I mean what kind of sense does that make really I don't think so so if you're going into that store and she's on shift which is most days and you're doing things that you're not supposed to do yes she's going to hold you accountable for your behavior you can call her a b**** you can call it whatever you want to call her but I'll tell you this and Hapeville she used to manage the airport package liquor store now it's a Schlotzsky's who she's been doing this now for a minute so she knows her way around the stores and she's never ever ever and all of her thirtysomething plus years of working in convenience stores she's never once lost her business license. Because she knows the business
