“This historic inn was the coolest place we have ever stayed! It’s in “downtown Plains” in a row of businesses above an antique store. It consists of 7 beautiful dated rooms beginning with the 1920, 1930 all the way to 1980. They were furnished and designed by jimmy and Roslyn and they actually stayed in 1970 which is where we stayed. All the rooms have their own bathrooms dated to the year they were.we had a libb b in groom are and tv and 2 big windows overlooking the train station and the town. There’s a big front porch with 6 rocking chairs. They provide a continental breakfast with juices, cereal, coffee ect. You can walk to most everything except jimmys boyhood home which is AMAZING!it was so awesome!”
