Went to pull $300 this morning and ATM machine malfunctioned. Didn't get my money, but was still charged. Put in an E-mail over an hour ago and still no response. No 24 hr service line to call. So I guess I'm just supposed to wait until Monday, 2 days, while my money is in limbo when I was supposed to be taking a trip today. Will definitely be banking elsewhere after Monday, as this is unacceptable. I don't see how it's ok to make people wait a weekend for their own money over the bank's equipment malfunctioning. Things like this should be addressed immediately and customers should not have to go through this to pull their own money from the bankEdit - Staff was very nice and swift to deal with problem first thing Monday morning, but still not happy I had to wait 2 days for resolution. That being said customer service was great, but a 24 hr call center or e-mail support option is needed in cases like these
