This was the best customer experience I’ve ever had.with any phone company ever. I can’t believe I didn’t get her name. But she actually took the time to go over my service plan to make sure I was on the best plan for my family. She applied discounts I didn’t even know I was eligible for. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I definitely recommend and I will be back. It was her first day at this location.

If you want to waste time, go to this store. I have been a few times and it never surprises me that the people working in here, do not care about there jobs and show any type of professionalism. I rather drive to Fayetteville, where I know, the problem I am having will be rectified.

I Had a very odd experience. After being helped with my accessory needs I proceeded to share a problem I was having with my phone and was hoping to be heard but after I asked if I could show him the situation I was having on my phone, the associate oddly stepped back showing he was not interested in learning more. I asked him if he wanted to understand the problem I was having and he respectfully said, “No, Thanks!” That confused me bc I thought I was in a cell phone store that did more than just sell accessories but maybe I was mistaken. His odd reaction and disinterest made me immediately feel unwelcome and I let him know my confusion and told him “I meant no harm and that I was disappointed in his lack of care to learn more.”

The guy we were with who was helping us was very kind and straight to the point, one of our phone's were boot looping and he helped us with our new purchase for the phone, we were in and out in 10 minutes.

I came in to switch to AT&T and the manager Brandon was really helpful. I was looking to get the 13 pro max but he told me about the the 14 plus and it was exactly what I needed.

The young lady at the store was SUPER helpful and had great customer service skills. Talked about MARVEL movies, while I ordered my new Samsung Galaxy phone. She also sold me a pair of Galaxy BUDS Pro.

Went in with service problem, after being told by online customer service to fo into a local store. Store associate was not interested in figuring out how to fix the problem. Seems like lack of training/knowledge and lack of interest on the associate part as well. His answer to majority of my questions were idk, but never attempted to figure out how to help or even ask fellow associates. He honestly seemed more interested on the TV show than my concers.

Changed carriers - so I am a new mobile customer for AT\\u0026T. I found the staff at the Kedron location to be quick to greet, very Friendly, professional and willing to search out potential discounts. Very knowledgeable about their product. Thank you staff, for your great customer service. It’s hard to find this anymore. Thank you for having your lobby open for person-to-person dialogue. Stay well ?

When I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff and I was accommodated immediately. I was visiting from Texas and just coming in to inquire about the plans that you offer.I spoke with Gabriela and she was awesome very friendly and informative.

If i could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went in to get the iphone 13 pro max. Per an email from at&t and our account, we were eligible to upgrade. They were insistent that we would have to pay the full balances left on the old phones and that we couldnt turn them in or anything, that the only option was to pay them off. We ended up going to the one right down the road were an awesome associate got us set up. The representatives at this store were rude, uninformed, and didnt want to help us. Save yourself the time and drive a little further to the next one.

I came in to fix a handful of problems with my account... I didn’t want to deal with customer service. Rory (I believe) helped me out. He went thru all the issues and fixed them all no problem. Was super friendly and helpful.
