Called to get a quote and to see if they'd be able to tow my vehicle. I was told to fill out a questionnaire via link through text and submit it and I would record a call back within 2 - 5 minutes after I submitted everything. I did just that....I never got a call back and had to reach out to another towing company Parkers, they were GREAT. I'd use them and not waste your time waiting on a call back for some quotes from B&K towing.

B & K towing showed up to change my car battery. The technician Rick came to my aid. He replaced my battery and he was fast, kind and courteous.

A driver towing 2 vehicles was rude and tried to hit my car at least twice..... then honked his horn several times while threatening me.... and then to an illegal turn to pass me almost hitting 2 other vehicles. Just terrible
