I have been a customer of Bank of America and under their previous names (C&S Bank, Nations) for 61 years. BOA no longer cares about their customers. They closed the branch on Crosstown in the Braelinn shopping center and removed the ATM. The only BOA ATM's are on Hwy 54 (one near the Fresh Market/Peachtree Parkway and Northlake Drive at Hwy 54) less than a quarter mile from each other - very inconvenient to customers on the South end of town. The hours at the Hwy 54 branch are very inconvenient - 10am until 4pm. Seriously? After 61 years of being a customer I am very close to severing all ties with BOA. In my opinion, they couldn't care less about their customers. Very sad.

I had the pleasure of working with Melissa and Lisa to wire funds. Melissa was super attentive and asked if I needed help when I was waiting around. I appreciated that so much! She was quick, friendly, and professional. Thank you, Melissa and Lisa!

Customer service has really gone down hill. If you want in person service, good luck. You'll have to camp out because there is very limited staffing. Management is blind or ignorant. If you want to call, good luck. You better have and unlimited plan on you phone for the wait time. Looking for another option.

We thank the Lord for Bank of America and their excellent customer service! The manager, Gail, made sure we were taken care of when we needed a wire transfer for a considerable amount for the purchase of a home. A miscommunication had caused us to almost miss out on closing on our home loan. But Bank of America came through and on the spur the moment we were taken care of completely. Right away as we told Gail our problem, she assured us we would be fine and that Bank of America would make sure the wire was sent. It arrived before we drove to the lawyers office… In less than an hour! Excellent service and we are so grateful!!

Bank of America don’t allow you to close savings accounts online and require you to call or come in.When you come in they are understaffed, at least in this location. While the staff are friendly, the wait times are long here! When you finally get served you are told you have to book an appointment with a banker to close an account and come back another day.So much for Bank of America operating in the digital age and building their process for customer convenience.

Never staffed enough, no matter what time of the dayAlways just one teller (most of the time), always long lines, I have seen people leave the line after waiting so longThis location is busy , should have minimum 3 tellers at any given time, and have a runner to cover the people on lunch breaksWill be closing a very large account soon just because of this horrible service

Horrible Service, no matter what time of day you go there are long lines and always only one tellerI had no choice as I had to pay a bill that I could not pay online, it was a horrible experience standing in line, people even left the line in frustration because the lines were so long…figure it out BOA

They closed Crosstown location and did not add staff to this one. Only one teller works and everytime a line is long.

I had a horrible experience in @Northlake Drive branch in Peachtree City this morning. Manager asked me who gave me the check, where I got it from and then accused me of attempting to cash an invalid check. She never performed her due diligence to research the check history to confirm it was indeed valid. I even asked her to contact the business that issued the check to confirm the validity and she stated she didn't have to because it was not valid. I was embarrassed and insulted! I was afraid to go to my vehicle and leave the parking lot, for fear of being arrested for trying to cash a check.

This is my first experience with BOA in a long time and it was just awful. I read reviews for both Sharpsburg and Peachtree City locations and I have to agree with the concerns for most of the bad reviews. Long lines, incorrect hours posted, not enough staff. I've been looking for a local bank to compliment my online one and today just kicked BOA to the very end of the line!
