This location actually had decent prices, despite being located in such a wealthy area. The size of the store, however, was half that of most other locations.

UPDATE: So my husband, a white looking man, went back to the store with my brother in law.. who was the original purchaser and the general manager was there and guess what?!!! No d@mn push back!!! My brother in law had to stand on the side not say a word and they replaced the tv without any issues. The whole time, Harrison was there not making eye contact and not saying a d@mn thing!!! Tell me how this was not discrimination?!!!!! Today my bother in law was racially profiled and experienced the worst customer service when trying to return a tv that was purchased 6 days ago as a house warming gift for us due to it being cracked!! We opened it and realized the tv was cracked so he immediately decided to take it back. The employee HARRISON, at the Best Buy located at 2703 GA-54, Peachtree City, GA 30269 closed the door behind him while he was on the phone with customer service, turned the lights off and kept the broken tv!! However, the first employee he encountered (Hispanic woman)said she would start the exchange but then Harrison (caucasian man) came inspected the tv and had another employee(African American) relay his message and tell my brother in law that Geek Squad would have to take a look at it. Then when my brother in law gave the phone to the employee to speak to the customer agent who was saying that they needed to exchange the tv because we were within our 60 day warranty(we were on day 6)Harrison then said that it was an inventory issue and walked away. I will be contacting corporate, and posting everywhere! This is beyond disgusting , we will be canceling our credit cards with Best Buy and getting legal advice. At this point the store refused to refund us our money and stole the tv!!!!

Terrible service! Go to Newnan perhaps, but not this location, unless you want to deal with people who just don’t care.

Wanted to buy a new Garmin GPS. Stood around for 15 minutes with blue shirts walking all around me. Zero service. I will purchase somewhere else.
