Not being from this area, I don’t have knowledge of the local shops. I picked this one from the great reviews and I’m glad I did. After I was hit by another driver in my car that I literally owned less than a week, they got me in and took care of my car. I had it back in less than two weeks and they have done a fantastic job on it.

Amazing customer service!They were able to take my car in earlier than planned due to a cancellation.I received text messages with the progress reports through the week which was a very nice service. My car was done in a week, which was earlier than expected. My car was fixed perfectly and beautifully detailed. It was like picking up a brand new car!Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend!

I recently had the bumper on my 2023 Ram 1500 replaced after some POS hit it in sprouts parking lot and left. The process with Caliber was a breeze. They were truly awesome. They repaired it 1 week. They were so accommodating and comforting. They know we are all a bit distressed and made the process easy. We had a repair done here in 2016. Same quality. I highly recommend it.
