Very rude and unprofessional at this location. An African-American woman in a blonde wig basically through my credit card and checks back at me after she found out I was not a Chase customer and did not want to pay $10 for each check to be cashed.

I had my very first bad experience in 5 years. Aren't bank tellers suppose to be confidential about people's privacy? Yet alone I was told to speak up louder while 3 other chase clients could hear. Yes, we have to wear masks but when the other client was being helped she spoke softly. The reason for the three star is for the two chase private client associates who CAN and DO their jobs correctly. In fact, they don't judge me from my bank account, they help in any way they can. I'm not going down to your level. I was humiliated and put down. I won't be back for a while.

Poor staffing levels. Only one teller for the whole branch on Saturday (the only convenient time for me to make a deposit). Additionally, this location is the only one I've been to in Gwinnett County without the ability to use Apple/Google wallet on the ATM. The benefits to having physical banks are less and less clear.

Came to open a new account. They had one banker helping a customer. They said it would be 30 minutes so I decided to wait. They kept telling. Me they were almost done.... almost done.... almost done... an hour and 15 minutes later I was still waiting and decided to leave. If you need anything besides atm go to a different branch. This one sucks!!

What a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the doors and were warmly greeted by Simona. We just moved to Georgia from California, and had to open a new account. Simona recognized our need and ushered us to Bill. The process was painless and Bill had us out of the bank, with a new account, in a short time. So glad this will now be our home bank.

I came here to exchange some euros I had from traveling in Europe. My aunt and I had been to many other banks trying to exchange the money, but no one would exchange it because we didn't have an account. We went through the drive through and the woman who helped us was very friendly. My aunt did have a Chase credit card, but she had no baking account with them. They exchanged my money at the current exchange rate and charged no extra fees. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
