I called to discuss opening an account with an on-site representative. The representative confirmed the details of the account(s), just as they were listed online. She stated that there would be “no minimum amount” and there would only be a $4.95 service fee, each month.After driving almost an hour to the branch I was greeted by a female with an unpleasant attitude. I advised her of my conversation with the representative and she told me that “she left early.” It was 2:50pm on a Friday with one other customer in the branch. She told me I need to have an appointment and I reiterated that I was told by her co-worker that I could come in today and open an account.I was passed along to a male employee who went through the different options, and to achieve what I had inquired about I would have to maintain a minimum balance of $1,500 a month. This was told to me earlier and their website showed differently as well. After I showed the male employee the website and where it stated differently he still went against what was listed online.I wouldn’t have wasted their time or mine if their website and employee wouldn’t have given conflicting information.I am giving one star for the young lady on the phone. She was very sweet and professional. None of the other staff gave their names after I had introduced myself two times. As I left, I asked the gentleman his name and informed him that he never introduced himself, even after I had introduced myself twice to him.

My friend and I were in town briefly from overseas (South Asia) where he runs an international business. We had limited time but it was essential we opened another business bank account. The first location we went to in a town called Newnan was quite unhelpful. However we tried this location and are so thankful we did. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and the manager (LaToya) skipped her lunch to help us with our urgent, last minute request. We could not have asked for better customer service!

My husband and I arrived on time and checked in for our business account appointment. The individual with whom we had an appointment was nearly 30 minutes late after our appointment time when she finally walked in from her lunch break. Our appointment was to sign paperwork for an account that had already been opened which we were told would take 5 minutes to sign. We asked the man at the front several times for an update or if any of the other 5 employees standing around chatting could help us. None of them would help us including the manager who proceeded to mock us within hearing distance. The employee with whom we had an appointment then stood for photographs after disappearing for several minutes while we continued to be ignored. We ended up leaving without signing the paperwork, as we had other time commitments. Very unprofessional and lacking of customer service. Will find other banking for our personal and business needs. Very disappointing since we have used chase for many years and have always had great experiences in the past at other branches.

Cannot get them to answer the phone .. communication is non existent .. calling the 1-800 number gets an answer, but the service reps appear to use English as a second language .. I actually thought I was getting pranked, but this really is their best effort at customer service .. very sad

I had been given the run around by other banks in the area in an attempt to settle my aunt's estate. The Muslim female manager at Chase was professional, courteous, thoughtful and effective in helping me to sort matters out. No other banks in the area gave such analytical and solid results. I was distressed and at the end of my rope in trying to locate $20,000 that my aunt had in a defunct savings account. It has been several months since I went into that bank but I have been singing the praises of the staff there since then, because of their EXCELLENT and rare customer service.

This branch is occupied by the rudest staff ever employed by Chase. These ladies will be sure and find a way out of helping you. They do however specialize in condescending tones and you can be sure they will give you a demonstration of this talent.
