I gave 1 star because 0 stars is not possible. Everything else you read from other reviewers is exactly what your experience will be. I have actually called corporate who likewise could not get any response from the store. My healthcare provider expects us to use this pharmacy and charges extra if we go anywhere else, and I'm happy to pay extra just to get it done right.

Hoping this review will be seen by CVS higher ups. 90 + minute wait in drive thru. They are always “3 days behind” according to staff. If you call, be prepared to wait on hold anywhere from 25 minutes to infinity. Some of the staff are really nice, others are rude and do not respect privacy, completely unprofessional like they’re taking drink orders at a bar. And I’m trusting them to put the right stuff in the bottles… yikes. It’s a pain because they’re close but taking future prescriptions elsewhere.

I've been coming here since January this year. The staff is nice, but the lines are always long. I just spent 30 minutes on hold, then waited in line only to be told a medication was on hold. Now I'm in another line to talk to the pharmacist.I'm using this line productively though: I'm Googling other in network pharmacies. I'm done with this pharmacy if I can find ANY other nearby options.

Absolute chaos the last two times that I’ve tried to visit the pharmacy. The employees were ranting about the pharmacists quitting and the techs not showing up to work. I’m not even sure why the pharmacy is still operating TBH. Drive through is closed and line inside didn’t move for 90 minutes. Gave up on getting a prescription filled, and they shorted my wife on prescriptions the visit before. Avoid this pharmacy.

My God! Terrible service at the pharmacy today 5/11/2023 … my son needs his medications for today and they don’t have anything done and the person at the window () was acting like don’t care.Wow, terrible service today.

I am not sure what has happened at the CVS on Lexington. We have been using this store for years and now the service has gone into the dumpster. All the employees that worked in the pharmacy seem to have been relocated to another store and the new employees seem to be operating without any kind of leadership. My wife and I both spent over 30 minutes the last two day just trying to pick up prescriptions. It seems to be a real leadership and staffing issue. Everyone in line seems to be having issues. I hate to see this store go this route, but I will be looking for another pharmacy. Hard to believe it was so good and now so bad. I miss Candy and the pharmacists that were there.

My family and I have been coming here am for a long time. The past 3 months when I drop off my prescriptions and everything other pharmacy in the country would let you wait on your meds. They tell me they can't have it ready until the next day??? What I'm glad I'm not dying and I always have a few extra. This is absolutely terrible service. I dropped my scripts off at 3:30pm and was told to come back at 10am the next day. I go here because our prescription plan prefers CVS. I promise the next time I go in and have to wait a DAY to get my meds I won't be back. I understand a few hours. That's reasonable but this is absolutely unacceptable. I also want to add the pharmacy is full of workers, full there is just no excuse for any of this.

Negative stars! The worst CVS ever. The pharmacy closes early at random times and they have closed the drive-thru service. With everyone going inside to fill medication, the line is typically 8 or 9 people deep and only a single register working. This location has cancelled my medication delivery multiple times for various reasons, has given my medication to another person (who was nice enough to leave it in my mail box for me with a note), and often has no clue how to utilize my insurance plan effectively - and I have CVS Caremark insurance! CVS needs to change ExtraCare to ExtraCareless.

Management is Terrible, they close at lunch because they don’t know how to schedule around it. So, the easy answer is just close.

No problem. I'm able to get my prescriptions at the drive through and they are always great about pulling up my GoodRx account info to save money. I have also enjoyed getting the 1/2 price Easter stuffed animals.. the coupons on the receipt are a plus.

The store staff and management are very knowledgeable. The store is location in a busy neighborhood with other major retailers. You know the management cares.

What happened to this place??? I was a longtime pharmacy customer. They used to be fabulous. Efficient and friendly. They even gave my dog treats at the drive-through. I hadn't gotten a prescription for several months and then went back this past week. The drive-through was closed. When I went inside the line to pick up prescriptions was 20 deep. The excuse for the drive-through not being open was that they were shorthanded. Are you kidding me? There were two girls behind the counter. Why can't one man the drive-through??? I was told by a fellow customer waiting in line that this is the trend here now. Goodbye CVS. Hello, Walgreens. If you are a senior citizen, avoid this place like the plague. Oh, and they were also out of stock on one of my medications. Unacceptable.
