101 lexington circle CVS pharmacy’s service is bad. There is couple of people who works at pharmacy that they know what they are doing. Rest of them are really rude with lots of attitude.

Surprised they have a 2.3 rating. I transferred a prescription Friday @ about 5pm. Called about 6pm to check and waited on the phone for 35 minutes with no answer. Called Saturday morning at 9:06 am. with a phone pickup after about 10 minutes, and I was placed back on hold while they were "checking". Had another phone pickup at about 1 hour and ten minutes for a different customer and was placed back on holld. At 1 hour and 20 minutes, another phone pickup and I was told the prescription is ready. I had driven from a different city while on the phone and happened to be pulling into the parking lot at that time. I got to to counter and was told it would be 30 minutes at about 10:30 am. At 11:27am the pharmacist claimed she was never told and she would fill it now. At 11:28am the prescription was ready, but needed to be taken out of "QV2". Checked out at 11:31 am. Ridiculous! 1 star because there wasn't a lower option!

DO NOT COME HERE. This is THE WORST CVS I have ever encountered. I am a physician AND a patient.This place had the audacity to vaccinate my minor aged 16 WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! ZERO response from corporate after multiple phone calls. I HAVE SAT ON HOLD 45 minutes then dropped. The staff is NASTY in addition. I will never return. Getting all prescriptions sent elsewhere.

This location is just falling apart. I've been going there since 2006, but leaving now. Their lack of professionalism almost made me miss a very important appointment for which I needed prep medication that I never got filled. I tried to stop by to speak to the pharmacist but it was total chaos.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The reviews are true. This is the worst CVS location I've ever used. You will NEVER get a call in. I've waited for over and hour on hold, and been hung up on multiple times. So rude. Also, if you have a medication on backorder, they will cancel your refill request completely (vs leaving it open while they wait for it to arrive). You will be responsible for checking it everyday and requesting a refill each time they cancel it. Save your energy and have your prescriptions sent to another location, even if it means you have to drive further. It will be less of a hassle for you in the long run. The level of unprofessionalism here is mind blowing.

Very poor customer service by Kevin. He refused to accept a valid return for which I had a valid receipt. He kept making up excuses in order to refuse my valid return. AVOID this store at all costs. The employees here seem to be unqualified/incompetent.

This pharmacy is awful. Getting a prescription filled is like pulling teeth. Got text that prescription is ready, go to pick it up and they have billed the wrong insurance. I put in a request almost a week ago for another prescription and they have no record of it....My insurance company made me switch to CVS. I prefer Publix's pharmacy. Never any issues at Publix.

Trying to get a prescription filled here is like pulling teeth. I had a prescription put in last week on 11/30, it is now 12/06 and nothing has been done. I am in withdrawal from the medication at this point. Don't try even calling, they will hang up on you or just leave you on hold. They are always out of medicine and always have to order it. I have been given partly filled prescriptions before, absolutely the worst! I swear that there is something shady going on at this particular location.

this location is the worst one i've ever been to. be prepared to wait 45 mins for a prescription that says is ready for pick up on your app. and you'll probably sit there at the window for 15 mins before anyone even acknowledges you. i've tried to transfer my prescription 4 times now and nobody can get them on the phone to do it. I have to have my antidepressants every month so it leaves me at a huge inconvenience to drive to this location due to the commute itself since this isn't the closest location to me, but on top of that, the wait time and attitudes they have every single time i've been there. they suck 100%. and don't even waste your time calling them. you know this location is god awful when other cvs pharmacists have told me "oh good luck getting them on the phone" when i've asked them how to transfer my prescription from there to another location.

Why send coupons to our emails if we cannot use them? They don’t accept coupons from the phone, you have to print them. I wanted to give them my money and they refused it. They are playing shenanigans with the customers. Also, those check out machines are always freezing.

Keep the drive through line moving! Waited 30 minutes for one car to sit there with 6 behind them! 40 minuets later there are still 3 cars ahead of me. If the prescription is not ready ask them to park until they get the text and keep it moving! Most people don’t go in because they are not feeling well or got the text it was ready. Again, if their prescription is not ready move them on. This causes the inside to back up too.

When I first moved to PTC 5+ yrs ago I've always had a somewhat pleasant experience here however, within the past year it has been absolutely horrible. Most staff rude, can't get through on the phone and the automated service seems to never work anymore not to mention the ridiculous wait time. Many more issues I will not go into. I'm trying to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy but they can't even get through to transfer. I should not have to make a physical trip to this location to perform basic transactions that could be completed easily via phone automated or not. Corporate needs to seriously investigate this store (at least the pharmacy part of it)

Absolutely miserable experiences attempting to get prescriptions filled. The drive up lane is always five deep and as much as a 30 minute wait. I am in the pharmacy now waiting on a prescription that I was told would be ready at 4PM. It's is now 5PM and they said it would be another hour. The line at the counter is six deep. And this happens every time I come. Corporate needs to get down here and show these people how to run a pharmacy. In the mean time take you business elsewhere where
