I have never seen the young lady who helped me before, but she was \"Very\" helpful and tried several ways to save me $$$$ with my script. She is a keeper for you as you are lucky to have her. Hope to see her again. Very helpful.

Walked into the Pharmacy to see if I could get a Covid vaccination. I went there because they carry Moderna. They told me I had to made an appointment and come back (there was no one else waiting at the counter at the time). So I made an appointment for the next afternoon. I arrived for my appointment and was then told that they didn't have any shots in stock, I would have to make another appointment. So I made yet another appointment for the next afternoon. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the shot to avoid another wasted trip. I arrived at my appointment time and waited at the counter for at least three minutes (no one else in front of me). The tech finally came over, I told her why I was there, and she said to the Pharmacist, "She's here for you, I'm going to the bathroom". The Pharmacist gave me the shot (meanwhile, someone else walked up to the counter and the phone was ringing) and told me she would email my receipt to me. I checked my email for the next two days, and there was no receipt. I tried calling on two different days and was left on hold for 10 minutes each time before hanging up. The third day I called, they actually picked up after about three minutes. I explained that I had never been emailed my paperwork for my Covid shot that I had gotten four days prior. She told me that there was nothing they could do, I should have received the paperwork when I got the shot. I then told her that the shot had not ever been run through my medical insurance, either, and if they didn't want paid, that was okay by me, also. And guess what? Within minutes after we hung up, I got an email with the paperwork for the Covid shot. Never again.

They're horrible, completely incompetent. It was an up hill battle just to get them on the phone so I could listen to their nonsense and tell them they're wrong. After three weeks they finally came to their senses and said "Oopsie daisies. We can have that for you tomorrow." This is far from their first offense. It was simply the last straw. And I had so many straws.(I'm not upset with the person I was on the phone with. The pharmacy as a whole is a massive joke, and that's not their fault.)

Every time I go to CVS to pick up my prescription there is a problem. The young girls working there need to really work on their customer service and stop drinking their coffee and Chick-fil-A and take care of the customers. CVS needs to train them better . My prescription is suppose to be on automatic refill, when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The young lady at the pick up counter told me to talk to the young lady at the drop off counter about it. I went to that counter and waited for her to come and talk to me about my meds , she continued doing what she was doing and had me wait. When she finally decided to notice that I was standing at the counter , she said do you have a question? LIKE WHAT!?!? I’am not just standing at your drop off counter because I have nothing else to do. I am going to transfer my prescription somewhere else !

Patria, the Pharmacist, is always so helpful. Candy and Shannon, the Techs are as well. All staff are doing their best to manage prescriptions from the HWY 85 store while it's shut down as well as those from regular clients. It's a busy place.

Excellent. The process to make an appointment on-line was very lengthy and definitely requires a outstanding internet connection. The SIGNAL in the CVS / Target was very inadequate. So much so I kept getting locked out so I had to go home to make an appointment. On the other hand, when I arrived for my 2nd Moderna booster I was very impressed with the courtesy and expertise of the CVS representative.

I've never had an issue at this pharmacy and the pharmacist and her assistant have always been so kind and helpful. Even if they don't have our items they call me or let me know when it will be arriving. We also come here to receive our flu shots. Awesome service!

Too long / didn't read version: Pharmacy couldn't fill prescription because they don't keep it in stock; instead they pulled the name brand from the shelf, and told me I'd have to buy it at full purchase price.

Too long / didn't read version: Pharmacy couldn't fill prescription because they don't keep it in stock; instead they pulled the name brand from the shelf, and told me I'd have to buy it at full purchase price. Full Story: Had a prescription sent there by the doctor. It was an over-the-counter type drug. The pharmacy couldn't fill the generic name because they don't keep it in stock. The generic name is covered by my (and most) health insurance plan. Instead of advising my wife (who didn't know any better) that the prescription could be filled under a health care plan by a place that keeps it in stock, the pharmacist simply went out to the shelf and told my wife she would have to purchase the items. I called the pharmasist and informed they should give full disclosure on issues like this. All the pharmasist had to say to my wife: "We don't carry this in our pharmacy stock, therefore you will have to pay. Most stand-alone pharmacies do carry this. Would you still like to purchase this here?" Some people are on fixed incomes, every dollar matters. When I told the pharmasist this, she did not agree. I'll take my business elsewhere.
