I am writing this review sadly but needs to be put out there, the director of the daycare Melissa Lovejoy is a terrible terrible woman, she is cruel, she does not keep her word. Unfortunately they are these type of people in society and in the world. But people like her do not deserve to have the position she has because of who she is and what she does to others. So I would be very very weary and careful before bringing my child or any child to a place where a woman like this works and directs. Because she is a bad woman with terrible intentions and a cold heart

My daughter has been attending here for 3 years. I am very pleased with the quality of care at this school. I really feel like the director and teachers care about the kids. They have done so much to update the facility to better benefit the kids in all my years of attending. My daughter currently is in the pre k program and I could not be more proud of how she is flourishing. Not just academically, but emotionally. Her conversational skills and how she processes things have improved. Over all very pleased.

I am so happy I changed my kids to this daycare the staff room is excellent and then came about the kids and Miss Melissa is a very outgoing Director. She’s one to be reckoned with is very tentative to her center and that’s one thing they grab my attention as a parent I appreciate the staff over here and I appreciate what they do. Thank you for your hard work. You guys are great and thank you Miss Melissa for being an excellent Director. I would recommend anyone to the center.

former employee. definitely would have given a zero if i could. i’m not gonna sit here and act like it was all bad because in reality my coworkers were amazing. management was dishonest, rude, manipulative, narcissistic and disrespectful. the director lacks compassion and empathy for her employees. All of your concerns will go unanswered . The management team is unprofessional. i was called into a meeting where my job was threatened and later found out that she had already posted my job 3 days prior. they lure you in with fake smiles and false promises however management is not to be trusted they will bully and isolate you and make up stories so that you feel like you can’t trust your coworkers and can only rely on them. don’t be fooled, there are negative reviews going back 7 years. melissa lacks the ability to accept accountability and take criticisms and when met with either she becomes irate. They had a girl running around with lice not even a month ago and never informed parents and the 5 star reviews were bought. please listen to the former employees and unsatisfied parents who had concrete evidence of these situations happening. the turnover is high, morale between employees is low and there is an overall lack of trust created by management. they force you to work no matter how sick you are. multiple coworkers have thrown up or been so sick to where they couldn’t talk and were still forced to come in and they make the call out process so fustrating and unnecessarily difficult for the employees.

This is by far the BEST daycare I could have chosen to trust with my babies! I’m a single mom and I had to put my babies in daycare so that I can work and provide for our needs. This daycare eased my nerves by having FREE video footage of my babies from day one. Honestly once my trust with them was established, I don’t watch it nearly as much but it is so nice to have there if I wanted to check in on them throughout the day.The staff are not only amazing with my babies but they have ALL become close friends and I love and respect them dearly. They will always do what is best for the kids, that is their main focus. My kids will be going here until they grow out of the need for children care while I’m at work. Literally the best decision as a single mother that I have made is enrolling my babies here. ❤️

I have a son who has been at this school since he was five weeks old and a daughter here since she was 3. 2 years in and I couldn’t be more satisfied with where I send my children everyday! They let me know of any fall, scrape or bump on the head. They are always very informative and any concern I may have they are always there and address any issue accordingly. Mrs. Melissa and Mrs. Susan will take my calls and answer my questions any time day or night! They have an awesome Pre-K program where my child learns so much! ALL of the teachers love on my babies like they are theirs and I couldn’t imagine my children being anywhere else! Thank you to all the staff for all that you do!

They say this place is high quality daycare but in reality it is not! The management is horrible, had gotten sick my 3rd day of working there and i went to work that day but felt awful the whole entire day. I was not running a fever until 3 am, which was 104.1 fever and I was respectful and texted the management of fayette early learning academy and explained to her why I would not be a work for my shift come 8 o clock. She responds with a very ugly text message because "I had woken her up before her alarm" I didn't call for that reason, so I texted to let her know. Also I had a doctors appointment that I had to attend and i found out about it at short notice I let management know about it, well she proceeds to get mad because I had a doctors appointment and could not make it in the next day. Before I was hired I let management know that I had a family vacation planned on the dates they were planned, come time to attend vacation they made a big deal saying i most likely couldn't have those days off. Management is terrible here and they do not treat their employees with re-spect.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! I worked here and just quit today because of bad management! Their messy, dishonest, lack transparency, and disrespect their staff! They just had a covid outbreak last week and would not tell parents or staff, because "CDC" told them they didn't have to say anything. They will make you work regardless of how sick you or your child are, and don't take your illness seriously! They all about the money and nothing more than that. They will let any kid in no matter how sick they are and cause the whole school and staff to get sick, but if you call out its a problem! They will smile in your face and talk behind your back. Do not apply here or bring your child here, because they are over the max and their is a teacher to child ratio that keeps exceeding because they are constantly bringing new kids in when they have reached the max. MONEY HUNGRY!!They also lack teachers, because 4 within 2 weeks have quit!

No complaints. My 4 years son loves Georgia Pre-K program! Teachers are amazing. Kids also spend time on a playground. They learned how to write letters and drawing. I feel like we are ready for elementary school! Thank you

On October 24th I started my first day at Fayetteville Early Learning Academy in Peachtree city . I was very excited to begin this journey as a daycare teacher and learn more about the daycare world . The first couple of days went good for me , I got to know my coworkers & learn more about being in a real daycare setting. Unfortunately my journey at this facility came to an abrupt & quick end . On November 3rd, I was fired for what I believe is racism and discrimination. I was constantly picked on and felt like I was being bullied by management. I am a honest person and I own my wrongs . My first two days I was late due to bad timing on my part . I apologized and let them know that I will not be late again and I will work better on my time. We were able to move pass that and continue . On October 31st , I was called upfront for a "meeting" on gossiping & drama. I immediately felt as being the new girl I was a target and I was confused as to why . This conversation left me uneasy and I felt as tho I needed to clear up any misconceptions & "perceptions" they had about me . November 1st I went on break and talked to management to let them know I'm not about drama nor am I trying to break up a positive team . I was quickly interrupted by the assistant director . I couldn't finish my sentence because of them over talking me . They told me I had an attitude problem, I rolled my eyes & that was my personality. Being that this was literally my 7th day there I didn't understand how I got labeled as one with an attitude when I didn't have a reason to have one. This talk went no where and I went outside to my car to calm down and take a mental breather . I came back in and was ready to work and do my tasks . Later on that day I was told to clean up the dumpster along side of a girl I was working with . I felt like the target was really on my back because I had no kids nor trash to throw out . I've never been in a position where I've been treated poorly because of my looks the way I carry myself . It was very clear that for whatever reason management just didn't like me . Below I have text messages to prove this message . I'm still a little uneasy because I never felt like this . I'm not one to bring my problems to the media but I felt this needed to be known .

This place is horrible. Management is terrible, specifically Melissa Staples. I used to work there. My mother had been diagnosed with breast/lung cancer and I had to call out frequently and was told this wouldn't be a problem. I was "let go" after the second call out.

This is my first time to put review for any specific daycare or school, the reason I decided to put comment here is it was the worst experience I had in the past.My daughter started to go to this center for pre-k class(4 years old), this Tuesday morning my daughter was 20 minutes late for some specific reason(1st time to be 20 minutes late), the director(Ms. Melissa) rejected my daughter and mentioned it's their rules that kids can not join the class if they are 20 minutes late, My daughter was sad and hurt and my husband took her home that day.Because I'm the foreigner and I didn't know the rules, I was shocked when I know there is a rule that school can reject the kids when kids was late, so I called the Georgia Pre-k program office and the lady told me it's not true, there is not a rule like that, nobody has the right to take away the chance from kids to study, the lady suggest me just change the school and they found a new school for us and my daughter is going to the other school from the next day.Everyone is nice except the director, My daughter's teacher is really a great teacher and the other stuff are nice too, My daughter loved her teacher and friends, she is still missing them even she is going to new school.I'm still wondering the reason why she wanted to reject my daughter that day, the director told me to be good parents when I talked with her, I'm wondering how can she told me like that? I have 3 kids and I'm working really really hard to raise my 3 kids every day, nobody can complain about me to be a parents, because I'm my kid's Mom, I'm the person who love them best in this world.
