These guys are the WORST. I think they have one goal: do as little work as possible until their shift is over. I can’t believe how little they care about their customers.

Definitely not all their folks are this way but the last guy we tried to work with was pompous, rude, and is doing a disservice to the company. It also can reflect on Best Buy. We won't be back.
