I did not have an account with this bank but I needed to convert $20 bills in 200s and they would not help me because I didn’t have an account. I think this is pushing potential customers away because if they would have helped me I would have considered opening account and it’s not like I’m asking them to do anything outside of the scope of their business

The staff is great, but it takes forever for cash you deposit to go through even if you do a detect deposit. This is the 4th time now this happened. Love them, but I don’t love this.
