Was in the store for 5 minutes to buy a washer and dryer, was initially interested in seeing if I could take something home today, the woman in the appliance section said "we're booked up you're better off going to lowes". I then wanted to get some questions answered regarding the different washers and dryers, even stating to forget about the "bring home today" aspect, which she replied "everything we have is out on the floor" and went back to doing something else So yeah I'm taking her advice and going to lowes Good job there

I understand the issues of running a company such as this in todays time. I Know that that few people sign into work with the intentions of making their customers unhappy or leaving a bad impression. Also dealing with the general public must be challenging as well. That being said things happen and sometimes things are just out of ones control. Without getting into my own issues with Home Depot I would like to say that Corey and Bridget have made a bad situation tolerable and have gone above and beyond to correct it. Home Depot doesn't need my business, I get that, but it's only because of these two they still have it. I want to thank these two for their professionalism and time They've taken with me personally to handle an ongoing problem I'm having with an order. It's comforting to know that some people really do still care about their customers, especially in a company this size. Kudos to you guys, you have a lot to teach others.

This is the worst Home Depot. Shopped there today went through self checkout bagged some items and had big items in the cart. I lost a loved one recently and forgot to grab the bag. Got all the way home realized I forgot it and called them got a rude lady on the phone. Told her I forgot a bag of stuff I paid for she went and found it. I asked if I could grab it tomorrow I had to go get my kids and go to an appt for my son tonight. She said the most I can do is maybe 2 hours I was like excuse me? I purchased the items I just forgot them. She said yeah maybe I can hold them 3 hours and I was like this has to be a joke. She's like I'll try to hold them till we close tonight. Got there 3 hours later and she had put alllll the stuff back. So a manager had to babysit my husband while he reshopped for the items with our receipt. I don't know why this lady went out of her way to make my day worse and caused more work for herself and another worker when all she had to do was keep my bag behind a desk. RUDE. So if you are looking for rude unkind people shop at this location!

Horrible customer service in the flooring and kitchen department! Attitudes when you ask anything. My order for flooring I waited on for a month was cancelled without my permission and returned. Now finding out when I personally come to store to see where my stuff is. Everyone with attitudes that make me never ever buy anything from them ever again!!

Home Depot is the WORST! I will NEVER shop there again. I ordered a gas range from them. They were supposed to deliver on 5/17. Guys arrived but didn't have the kit necessary to install. So I lost a half day of work and had to reschedule delivery for the following week. I called to complain and the woman said they would give me a $150 credit for my trouble. She said to call when the item was delivered and they would credit my credit card. On 5/25, I called as she requested. She said I would receive in no more than 5 days. It's now 6/1 and still no $. I have been on the phone for the last hour trying to get someone to help me with this to no avail. Home Depot is horrible. I will be taking my business to Lowes. I hope they do a better in customer service.

Do they even have any ties to corporate Home Depot here? I had a terrible experience dealing with Talmedge in the flooring Dept. He was rude and unhelpful and even hostile towards me and my $3,000 purchase! Way to go Home Depot. I see you still live up to your numerous bad reviews! Absolutely horrible service with this scam they call a business. This guy was the worst employee in that place. Never will I spend another dime there.

They have almost 4,000.00 of our money for merchandise we purchased and then canceled bit gave our money to someone else. It has been 5 months and still they wont return it. We are still fighting for our money. Beware.

Tried to return an item my wife purchased on the weekend. Unfortunately we didn't have a receipt as she often throws them away. They turned out return away as I didn't have my wife's card or a receipt. I said i wouldn't mind a store credit as I shop here every week but they refused. Terrible new procedure that inconveniencing your customers. This Home Depot some how always causes issues and upsets customers. It's not my first issue here either. It's funny how I never have issues with any other Home Depot or store. Literally let down at every turn at this store! Get your act together

In general? My husband and I have not been particularly impressed with the service we've gotten at this Home Depot. We have often left feeling more knowledgeable about the products than the employees. Likely not their fault or laziness, simply inexperience and sometimes poor or confusing communication.That said! We recently went to Home Depot to purchase some sliding glass doors because the best and most affordable option was there and we could not have been happier with the customer service and support we received from Bill Daneen throughout this process. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got what we were looking for. He was very patient with our questions. He's a fantastic employee and a quality human being. Big fan of this particular experience at Home Depot. I'm leaving four stars instead of five only because this store should use Bill as a model on who the hire and go from there! Thanks Bill!

they are slow to answer the phone. I have been on hold over 14 minutes and they keep coming back on line and then they say they are transferring me but it goes back to main number again and again. I want to make an appointment for flooring because there is no one there when you show up at the store.

I was getting hay with my grandma and there was a hole in the trailer where the hay was stored. I didn't see the hole and my foot went straight through it. It hurt and it scared me but I just thought about how lucky it was that I fell instead of my grandma. I took a photo and went in and shared it with a customer service employee. He made sure I was okay and called immediately to get it fixed, I just hope it is fixed ASAP! The employee was very nice and responsive to the situation. 4 stars for the employee, -1 for the hole. Once the hole gets fixed I would bump my experience to 5 stars because I also noticed that they were very diligent about their COVID procedures. :)

I have never been impressed with this particular store. The stores in Newnan and Fayetteville have much better customer service. Since covid-19 the customer service has only gotten worse. I waited nearly a half hour in the hardware department yesterday before the one person they had working that department was able to help me. Answer the phone when customers call and be polite. The people who work at this location are lazy.
