Anna took such great care of us - when we told her we were going to a concert the next night at the Fred, she made sure a golf cart would be available for us. She is a gem and deserves a big bonus AND a raise! The rooms were amazing, and we even saw a movie in the on-site theatre. We would absolutely come back.”

“Our stay was great. We were a little disappointed about the indoor pool being closed for renovations but it didn’t impact us much since it is winter in Georgia and knew the out door would be closed. When we checked in Jane was there and helped us and she was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the directions for the hotel and paces to check out locally. She even updated our reservation because I didn’t indicate I had my daughter with me so we got my full diamond status benefits. If you’re going to stay here make sure to tell Jane hi because she is awesome.”

“The manager during our stay is an outstanding, hardworking and friendly individual. The location is awesome as its in walking distance to shopping and dining. However, I don't know if its the carpet freshener they are using but its overwhelming, which it could be problematic for people sensitive to perfumes. The shower doors need to have a rubber seal at the bottom to stop the water from pooling outside of the shower, which can lead to accidents.”
