I like being a member for Kroger rewards BUT the black female that works at the gas station area that wear ear muffs yes blue ear muffs in the hot weather is absolutely rude! You wanna hide your EarPods good for you but girl you’re extremely rude. One person works there and yes she is the teller but also her duties must include cleaning the pump area. Why is she mad customers walking up to the glass area to pay for gas is beyond me. It’s part of being a “CASHIER” sweetheart! Either get with the program or find another job! I saw this woman get mad at me as well as 4 males that paid for gas at the glass. My bar code doesn’t scan at the pump so guess what, I’m going up to them to scan it. Like why you getting mad at me for having to do your job!Thankfully Kroger grocery store doesn’t have that type of customer service!

Left my credit cart in the slot by accident. I called and spoke to the rudest woman that acted like she didn’t even care. So know I have cancel that card because of her incompetence. She didn’t even go check to see if was there. Un freaking believable.

Big big store almost the size of Costco. They have a huge wine area, a nice bakery, big produce area with lots of variety. Bottom line this is a one stop store for all your grocery needs

I enjoy shopping in Kroger, this location needs more cashiers, the wait can be a while and waiting behind people with full carts and only a couple of cashiers is not very fun.

It's irritating to go shopping and need help with self checkout and the employee, Nicole, is on her phone the entire time.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Halfway thru our weekly shopping became aware they had no cashiers. They had called-in. So when ready to check out with a full cart had to get in very long u-scan line. NO MANAGERS TO BE SEEN!!! Sad managers just hide and leave customers hanging.

This Kroger is among the worst managed grocery stores I have ever visited. My visit today was over the top. Many of the items I purchased were water logged. Yes. You heard me correctly. Water logged. The egg cartons were nearly falling apart as though they had been soaked. Same with the yogurt 6 pack boxes and even the ivory soap. If this weren't bad enough, the store was unkempt and the employees were... Well, rude would have been a step up. At least if they were rude, they would have paid attention to me. I wasn't greeted at the check out register, nor was I thanked. No, I listened to the checker and the "courtesy clerk" discuss the classes they were taking this semester in high school. It's amazing to me Kroger is still in business. The business is NOT what Kroger used to be. Goodbye Kroger, hello Publix!

Everyone who lives in peachtree city is entitled and upper middle class (fake rich) so they think they should get paid to bag their own groceries unlike us regular peasants. ITS KROGER! What do you expect???

The one star reviews are true. I recently moved here from California. Yes, I know. A lot of people aren't thrilled with Californians moving to the community (I've been told many times), but give us a chance! Anyhow, had to go to the self-checkout because as usual, there was one lane with a cashier open and a long line. I was purchasing wine so had to have my ID scanned. The self-checkout cashier took one look at my ID and said "A lot of you moving here from California." She said this in a snarky tone and an eye roll. I responded with a smile and said "yes, but I'm one of the good ones!" Her response was "long as y'all leave your politics there." I was so shocked I just left without saying anything. You might laugh. I get it. But for someone who just moved here with her family and is feeling homesick, it was just a crappy thing to say. Funny enough, I made a new friend here and THE SAME WOMAN SAID THE SAME THING TO HER! She reported it to corporate. I haven't yet but I might. I see that woman in there all the time and avoid her like the plague because she makes me uncomfortable. Anyhow, wouldn't recommend this place. She's not the only grumpy cashier. I only go out of convenience.

Just moved here from Cincinnati. Kroger being based in Cincy, I was excited to have one close to me. It's pretty on the outside and clean but that's about it haha! The sweet lady in the balloon and flower area is the nicest employee I've interacted with so far. When your 7 year old daughter says everyone there is grumpy and nasty and calls it the grumpy Kroger, it's definitely a problem. The cashiers hate being their and it shows. This Kroger needs a boost in attitude. I miss my Ohio marketplace Kroger so much! Publix is awesome! Truly care about you and my kids, so friendly and willing to help. This Kroger is my last resort

Crazy at this Kroger tonight. No lines open. Only one of the two self serve lines open. Look at the line to self checkout. Why don't they hire some more people? Also most carts in the parking lot instead of inside the store. This store gets a thumbs DOWN from me

It's unfortunate that an individual can't get online in the store to clip coupons. They have certainly lost business from me because of that

What I don't get is with all these bad reviews why the Manager doesn't do something ?? Right?! It's just a joke. Rotten food, no customer service, and the worst Starbucks in Fayette County. I dont go here anymore.

I will give 3 stars and on the way to 4 stars if the newer manager can keep the place somewhat clean. Question: is it the folks that shop Kroger Crosstown are slobs and the folks that shop Kroger Kedren are not? Check out how different the stores grounds are on any given day! Is it store management OR or the shoppers or a combo of both. It's definitely cleaner with the newer store manager than the former long time store manager.
