Terrible experience. It’s 9pm the store closes at 11 and they have the doors closed except for one. They have 0 cashiers available only one self checkout is open. I really hate the grocery shopping experience. We pay more for food and in return we get terrible service actually no service at all.

I visited this location on Wed 2/14 around 9 pm taking advantage of the mega sale there was a particular item that was buy 3 @ 99 ea it rang up 3 @ 1.99ea but i didnt notice till after i left and it was closed, i return the NEXT day 2/15 and they now have up it 3 @ 1.99ea and the lady at customer service did everything to not give me the difference even asked what other apps i submitted my receipt to like i was trying to cheat the system NEVER AGAIN did i mention she also told only gave me 2 dollars instead of the 3 b/c i had a dollar off coupon that applied but had nothing to do with the mega sale original price

I’m done!!! Empty shelves, nobody willing to help. Been a customer since 1997 and I have watched this store’s steady decline. The friendly cashier was the only good thing here. Publix, here I come.

Click list is failing. We’re one of the first customers when it first started several years ago. We have a special needs son and it’s very difficult to come inside with him. Over time orders have become more and more delayed. This is becoming more and more frustrating. Has Kroger and click list forgotten true customer service. WORD OF ADVICE: Finish the sale BEFORE starting another. When you find yourself delayed all the time STOP TAKING ORDERS until your customers orders are caught up. Might also consider hiring more staff to match upcoming demands. Customer Service 101

If zero stars were available that would be appropriate. Hands down the worst Kroger store anywhere. Management seems to come and go but nothing improves. Filthy, poorly stocked, terrible terrible employees.Rarely to never a full register open. Self checkout employees have no interest in assisting shoppers. Training and corporate management need to be onsite desperately.

Went here for customer pickup, I placed the order online the evening prior to, came for pickup as usual, and after arriving home realized the meat that I ordered, expired before it was even placed in my car. I also ordered bread and lunch meat for meal preps throughout the week. I got up to make my lunch for work and realized the bread was stale and 2 days from expiration 11/29. Who spends $8 on bread 2 packs, and as a shopper says this date is appropriate for this amount of an item.I didn’t think I needed to say make sure the items you pick to complete my order are fresh, but expired is just absurd. I use pickup because I am disabled and it is difficult to walk in the store and I carts aren’t always available. I usually wouldn’t give a bad review off one experience, however this entire year, even prior to the holidays, multiple items especially sale items go out of stock 2 days after the sale begins and they never get a restock before the sale ends. I drive 15 miles to a grocery store for them to constantly be out of stock of things, I’m wasting time and money.

Not impressed with the organization of this location, shelves needs to be blocked, ( move the product to the front to make it look neater) Empty carts were just left in the aisles, Came in got what I needed and left. The self service cashier was very helpful.

They're lucky to even get one star had grocery pickup experience was very bad time frame to pick up my food was between 4:00 and 5:00 at 3:45 let them know I was on my way then they shortly afterwards they called me says he won't be ready for another 3 hours then I tried to explain to them I'm sitting here in the parking lot now and I just traveled 30 miles just to pick this stuff up they didn't care they didn't care what happened and I said that I needed my food they could shop it inside the store they said they're not going to do that then the manager that I talked to had some heated words then she hung up on me then I went in to deal with her about this she got really mad at me didn't care if I can go left whatever never even told me to leave I went to talk to the store manager explain the situation she backed her up 100% when she was in the wrong to begin with about hanging up on me and told me that she didn't care so but not even giving me the option to leave on my own they called the police on me then I got borrowed from the place for my inconvenience they had me borrowed from the location I think they need to go ahead and fire both managers shut the food pick up down and I would like to have the criminal trespass lifted because that follows me around on my record so insult to injury I didn't get him a food have to wait on my money to come back to me then now I have a record because of that I think I need to sue them personally.. my opinion to this is anybody that reads this need to tell everybody about this and tell them they need to avoid this store at all cost because it may cost them their freedom because they want to be one in charge they don't care about you......
