Tyler was great! We were in desperate need of a new mattress, had already gone to Sleep Number and Mattress Firm was our last stop. Although Sleep Number was appealing, the shopping experience was way too sale-sy… felt like I was buying a car. Mattress Firm was completely different and Tyler made the experience that much better. We haven’t received the mattress yet, but even if we’re not completely satisfied with it, we’ll go back to the same location, ask for Tyler and make an exchange.

Both people at this store were awesome! They were both courteous and attentive. Tyler is the one who worked with us and I highly recommend him and this store to anyone. He was very knowledgeable with the products and allowed us to take our time choosing what best fit us.

My husband I have back and joint problems. We purchased a king mattress from this location including the adjustable box spring, pillows, and bedding. We haven’t slept better in years! Rasheeda is very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained to us the importance of choosing a high quality mattress. She showed us the adjustable box spring with remote that moves the head and boot of the bed up or down and has a back massage. We are in heaven! Now, I only buy mattresses and bedding from this Mattress Firm and Rasheeda because of her expertise and excellent customer service! Don’t trust Amazon for buying your mattresses and sheets. Check out Mattress Firm in Peachtree City at this location (near Best Buy) and ask for Rasheeda. That’s the best location with superb customer service. You won’t be disappointed. ?
