“While I don't typically see myself as a fan of the "big banks", I have to admit I've come around a bit with BOA. I can now do wires from my phone to anyone in the world, transfer amongst my accounts in minutes, and run payroll for my small business, and even make deposits. Talk about geeky cool! The challenge for any "big bank" is to leverage their size with all of the cool technology and pricing advantages while still acting as if they are a single location small bank. This location does it very well! This is my branch. From the Branch Manager Gail to Melissa in Customer Relations and all of the tellers - just a great team! They truly do a great job. Complaint: Parking can sometimes be a problem here as a result of the Farmer's Market. If it's Wednesday or Saturday AM, be prepared for some congestion!”
