Customer service has really gone down hill. If you want in person service, good luck. You'll have to camp out because there is very limited staffing. Management is blind or ignorant. If you want to call, good luck. You better have and unlimited plan on you phone for the wait time. Looking for another option.

Sucks. Worst bank. It's like banking in the matrix. You pay them to take advantage of you and absolutely ignore you. This the bank that wants your money but does not want to serve the people attached to the money. Oh, yeah, but they have an 800 number. Try it.

Terrible bank. at least a 30 minutes wait to do anything. Completely understaffed with incompetent people.
