Very nice, clean, high end facility. Great classes, just a little on the smaller side. They have everything you would want or need except a pool.

Garret is a guy who works there. Cussed out me and my my pregnant wife for broken glass in the parking lot that was two car spaces away from where we parked. Then threw the glass in the back of my truck when we went inside to workout. A week after I spoke to the manager garret and one of his friends tried to corner me in the men’s locker room when the gym was nearing close.Needless to say we canceled our membership.

90% of the time I go to the Newnan Express location, but occasionally visit this one. Love the equipment but the crowded equipment just makes the gym feel so much busier than it is. The staff also leaves a lot to be desired. Do not care if you’re waiting to BUY something from the smoothie bar, will just ignore you and keep going at the counter. Simply just not the most desirable location.

Manager Karen…(that’s actually her name) was incredibly rude to me when I asked about personal training. I am new to working out and when I asked a few simple questions about health and fitness she immediately ridiculed me for being a somewhat big guy and not knowing how to workout. I felt ashamed and horrible. if only she had taken the time to know her customers I would’ve informed her of my multiple illnesses and fitness goals. Instead she said I was being rude and dismissed me. This is not how to run a successful business.

Great gym if you like overcrowded spaces. This place fills up with kids/teens in the afternoons after school and it's almost impossible to work out without bumping into people. It's like watching magnet soccer, groups of 5-6 move together or park themselves in the weight room high fiving for what seems the entire afternoon. There's zero etiquette at this gym. Weights are all over the floor and no one re-racks them (certainly no one from the staff). People just love to hog the machines and text on their phones like it's their freaking living room.

I joined one life but I came here first for a free day.. Good attachment options especially for back..... I have to get use to the set up as it seems a lil off but hey I'll adjust UPDATE. THEY ARE FIXING THE SET UP.. MUCH NEEDED. NEW PLATFORMS... My main issues are the platforms in the functional area are too close to the squat rack area.. It doesn't allow enough space to squat. Wish they lined up the platforms with the racks... Could use some new turf... Locker room was clean but could use some curtains in the showers... Gym overall is good ... A lot of kettle bells which I love and hopefully the Woodway is fixed ASAP.COULD USE TABLES IN THE LOCKER ROOM

Front desk staff are rude and are bothered when asked for anything and are more interested in chatting with their friends…gym is unclean, not enough mats for weight training classes, unorganised. Floors in classes badly need revamping (splinters and holes) . Class teachers are excellent and deserve more….so do the older patrons who they clearly don’t care to keep.

When this place was World Fitness it was great. Lots of training space and honestly just a good atmosphere. When One Life came in they added new equipment, but they took all the good training space away. It just became another over crowded gym. On top of that One Life doesn't have full transparency. The website gives you one set of directions on how to cancel, but when you don't get any responses or help when sending the email by Club website instructions. Now paying an additional month for a membership I'm not using to send an email directly to the billing agency. This is why you have office staff. You signed me up, and you can file the cancelation. Even if this isn't the locations staff's fault it shows how insufficient the management layer of One Life's Corporate is. Update your website or update your Office Training.

Lots of broken equipment. Once the sauna is repaired and the track treadmill is fixed, i'll update the score. Until then, pretty annoying they charge maintenance fees but keep things broken for over 2 months.

i've been a member of this gym since it was Golds gym and I used to love it....since One Life took over on commerce drive its absolutely awfu!! the place is filthy and run down...the staff is incredibly rude to any of the older (over 20 !) customers and hang out at the front desk gossiping and making fun of the customers, and it takes an act of congress to have their attention, while their backs remain to their clients...and the male manager is just as bad. ..he supports their poor behaviour. NO concept of customer service...and zero care about making sure the place is clean , while they do NOTHING! Also the floors in the class rooms are splintering (dangerous) and there are never enough mats, and parking is impossible. The only reason to go is because the teachers are awesome ...and even they are not heard or respected when they try and bring up concerns. It's time for a change!!!
