Ms. Jessica answered the phone and she was extremely helpful answering all of my paint color questions. I just moved into a new home and I'm trying to coordinate colors. I couldn't have asked for a better representative to go above and beyond like she did! Ms. Jessica went as far as to go out of her way to drop off paint color palettes to me. When she arrived at my place of employment she even took more time to go over and explain the different sheens to me because I wanted to use matte.
