Jose in Lumber immediately greeted us and offered to cut our boards before we even had to ask. That kind of proactive help—especially late at night—really stood out.
Then we met Donald in Plumbing… absolute legend. He walked us through exactly what we needed (and was 100% right, even when my friend thought it was a different size). On top of that, he brought great energy, made us laugh, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get it right the first time.
