Then we met Donald in Plumbing… absolute legend. He walked us through exactly what we needed (and was 100% right, even when my friend thought it was a different size). On top of that, he brought great energy, made us laugh, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get it right the first time.

Gill-Roy's is the store where employees will ask if you need help, bring you to the aisle, then help see if the product is what you need. Customer service I have not received from Home Depot.
