About Parker’s Towing
Parker’s Towing is a towing company that provides services for car accidents and roadside assistance. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, with drivers like Shane Tallman, Julian, Chad, and Ronald being especially praised for their professionalism and kindness. Shane Tallman went above and beyond by checking the customer's battery and providing excellent service. Julian assisted with towing and was very helpful, helping the customer get back on the road. Chad responded quickly after an accident, arriving almost before the police and even dropping the customer off at their destination, earning high praise. Ronald tested a battery and helped the customer get to a store for a replacement. However, some customers experienced long wait times, including delays of nearly three hours, and there were issues with receiving towing receipts. Overall, Parker’s Towing is recognized for prompt service, helpful staff, and quality assistance, though wait times and communication could be improved.

We had Jake jump our car which was totally dead. He also showed us why our charger did not do the job. He was very patient. You are lucky to have people like Jake. Thanks. We have used your service before.
