I went here yesterday hoping to get a sandwich on my quick lunch break. Normally there is a very long line but I was lucky there were only two people ahead of me. I ordered my sandwich and Tina made the best sandwich I have ever had at Publix. I could never eat the whole sandwich the first day and always have some leftover for the next day but it's usually soggy. I don't know what kind of magic Tina did but I ate the rest of my sandwich this morning and none of it was soggy shout out to Tina at Publix. Not only did she make a good sandwich but I had a few extra changes to the sandwich I had a few variations to and she never seemed annoyed with all changes, but instead asked if there was anything else I wanted. That was a first from any Publix I have visited. Normally they say we can't do that and I always have to get whatever they suggest but this time made me feel I will definitely go back to see Tina and get another sandwich made.

A few days ago I needed assistance from the meat department. I approached in the electric scooter and the store person was chatting with a female friend. She told him to help me. He looked directly at me, made no acknowledgment and continued with their conversation about a mutual friend and tattoos. She told him to help me at least 3 times but he chose to ignore me. I left and continued shopping. I went down several aisles. Just before I got to the produce I looked back and they were still talking.

Cashier Carrol at Publix was rude and unprofessional. I was there 2 weeks ago. Carrol had a good 2minute conversation with the bagger before ringing up my items. Carrol did not greet or thank me, only things she to me is thus your stuff.

Kudos to all for trying to keep shoppers safe by disinfecting and doing your best to stock shelves.
