Went here and numerous mistakes were made with my account resulting with a loss of money. Trying to get it fixed, even at a district level is frustrating and practically impossible . Customer service is TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

The manager and tellers have always been helpful and timely! It’s nice to actually meet with a banker face to face to discuss options.

The customer service is awful. I dealt with the same situation for months and months. Nothing was ever done. Towards the end of me banking with this company, the staff at this particular location got ruder, and ruder. Their refer a friend program does not properly inform that money transfers (cash app, Zelle, etc.) do not count as 'purchases'. You need 10 purchases, and a couple other requirements for the $50. I never received it because I had 9 purchases and 4 money transfers, plus I met the rest of the requirements. I had direct deposit to the account, so this was my primary bank from August to March! You'd think they'd make an exception to keep their customer. Nope. Then it was horrible customer service. I was cut off multiple times, etc. I was consistently told I'd receive a call back and never did while trying to handle this in December, hence why this situation lasted months. If you are considering working with this banking institution, the Fayetteville location will better serve you! Towards the beginning the Fayetteville associate was much more understanding, helpful, and empathetic. Please do not give this location business, when you have a problem, they will NOT assist. Towards the end it wasn't about the little $50 anymore! It was the customer service. Horrible. Bank of America all the way.

I am very satisfied with banking at this Regions! I am always able to easily reach them by phone and their customer service is exemplary.

I'm not sure what these others are talking about and why the low reviews, I call my branch and get in touch with them any time I need to. They never keep me waiting and are always very helpful.

I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby for them to do nothing except argue with me about not refunding a fee they already refunded. It’s got to be easier online.

Jesus Marmolejos is an exemplary representative for Regions from day 1 he has always and still to this day gives professional, courteous and knowledgeable advise. Knows his work and always has me leaving the branch feeling great that I have joined Regions continue your excellent service

Had a small amount of inactivity fees that closed my savings account after about 12 months. The sum was less than 100 so it wasn't worth pursuing. I was disappointed though that my account was closed and my money was lost to fees. I wouldn't bank with them again.
