There was a sale advertised for pillows by one get one free. The sale representative even asked if I wanted to take advantage of getting the deal. Then when she checked me out the district manager said they could not honor the sale because it ended the day before. I told her there are signs posted on the pillows saying they are on sale. She took down the sign and said I can’t honor it. To sell items of that price point to turn around and say you can’t honor a sale you’re advertising for a measly $100 says a lot. Apparently good customer service isn’t what companies aim for. As long as the payment clears they are happy. Sad.

Shon at the Peachtree City location did an Amazing job explaining all the benefits of the sleep number mattresses!! I will definitely be recommending my friends and family. Great Service and customer care!!

This bed us nothing more than a glorified air mattress. I spent thousands of dollars and it's leaked air from day one. I ordered a new air pump and it was on backorder for months. Never received it. The mattress is rubber so it's very hot. And since it's split, I feel like I sleep on a twin bed because there's a downward slop in the middle where it splits. I hope this helps potential buyers. You've been warned.

I bought my bed in 2014 from the PTC store and I’ve had a great experience with my bed until recently. I always had a mattress cover on the bed but a few days ago I took it off to wash it and air out the mattress topper and I noticed the topper had a big yellow stain, it is literally disintegrating and the top is pilling. I cannot believe this is normal because the other side is fine. I have not spilled anything on my bed and there were no stains on the mattress cover. I called customer support and all they did was give me the cost of a new topper which costs over $300. Sleep Number stand by your product and replace this topper because this is not normal. Photos show the topper that is disintegrating and the other side.

My wife and I were very happy with our visit. Our sales person showed us the product without pressure and gave us royal treatment. We tried everything and came away with what we felt would suit us best!

Our sales person, Lynn, was very knowledgeable and listened attentively as we told her what we were looking for and what we were concerned about. She guided us through the process of selecting what was right for us and was never pushy. They were very busy when we were there and she ended up helping two customers at the same time and did it flawlessly. She took a difficult task and made both of us feel like she was totally dedicated to us and we had a great conversation with each other. We came away very satisfied with the experience.

Lynn at the PTC store was absolutely wonderful! She answered all of our questions, was full of information/knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience great! We purchased an i8 and can't wait for delivery!

I had an absolutely worst delivery experience with Sleep Number. When buying this mattress, I was told that my old mattress and box-springs will be hauled away. The delivery person gave us a rude shock that there is a stain on the mattress and he will not be able to take it - he said he could only take the box-springs but the not the mattress. I understand that companies have rules and I respect that, but what I cannot understand is how can you not be transparent with your customers at the time of purchase. As the delivery person was installing the mattress, I spoke to multiple people at the delivery department and none of them gave me accurate information. When I called the store, they were totally surprised to know that they had such a rule. As I was trying to figure this issue out, the delivery person - who originally loaded my box-springs into his truck - decided to dump them back in my garage and left without notifying me. I had to engage another company to get these taken out and I had to pay them out of my pocket. This was such a horrible buying experience and an absolute waste of my time.
