I was traveling and I had left my phone in an Uber. When I arrived to Atlanta, my friend gave me an extra phone he had but I had to get a new SIM card with my number transferred to it. He took me to the PTC store. The manager and another employee went out of their way to assist me with the transfer. (Keep in mind it wasn’t easy,since my original phone was on a security lock and the SIM had to be verified before issuing a new one. Lots of technical stuff to work through) They went above and beyond not just because it was their job to assist, but they truly and genuinely wanted to help me. TJ, the manager, even stayed an hour after his shift until it was sorted out. I was relieved and they saved me so much stress and inconvenience! I apologize that I’ve since forgotten the other associate’s name, but I fully intend on updating this review once I find out what her name is.

I had issues with my watch disconnecting from my android phone and I went into the store this morning and was assisted by TJ. He was very professional and helpful and after troubleshooting the issues, he fixed my issue in just a short time. I highly recommend this store and TJ if you have issues. This will continue to be my store.

We recently switched over to T-Mobile and TJ was amazing. He took the time to help us with everything we needed, answered all our questions, listened to what we needed and helped us choose the right plan. This is the only store I will be going into from now on and TJ is the only person I will trust with our account.

Best experience I've ever had at a non-corporate phone store, hands-down.Came in to get help returning my 5G home internet modem, which was late by a month, and Andrew D. helped me cut through all the red tape, staying on the phone with corporate support with me for an hour, jumping through all their hoops to get my equipment non-return fee reversed and made the process easy for me. Made my weekend feel a lot better!!

Tmobile have made it impossible to work through billing issues. Their customer service is a non-stop loop of apologies followed by justifications of their bad practices. I cancelled months ago and they are still trying to bill me even after I confirmed the cancelation and made the final payments. Terrible.

One guy was trying to get me to finance screen protector for 40 dollars and a charger for a crazy amount. By the way, he was nice but crazy to finance silly stuff. The main one that helped me had a ear bud in one ear. Crazy they allow that. He also signed me up for phone insurance. Guess his jam was on when I told him I didn't want it. It's my fault for not paying attention to what I was signing.

Went to port new phones lines and spent two hours on the phone to not be able to do so. The rep (Cordell Turner) has been absolutely amazing though! The handoff to tech from sales needs some work but what phone company can’t you say the exact same thing about

Terrible experience after spending four hours on the phone and online, trying to set up my business account. I was assured by the telephone agent that going to the store would be able to resolve my issue. I get there and they are unable to order any phones, Confirm my identity, or set up my business account. This was four hours of my Sunday wasted away from my family. I will not be going with T-Mobile for my business phone plan.

I’m giving this location one star because I have to in order to give a review. In my opinion, this location does not deserve any stars at all. I’ve been coming down here for years, and I’ve had the best service, but I will no longer come to this location again! Had a very bad experience with a worker here today that was extremely rude and crude. That’s not customer service. This gentleman told me that if I didn’t like the way, he was talking to me I could take my business elsewhere. That’s not customer service. You don’t talk to customers that way!!!! I was in the process of buying a product and this guy was just totally out of line rude and crude. Tell me I can’t just buy a product from them and pay cash for it. He told me I have to pay extra on my phone bill each month. And we were already dealing with another salesman. He had no business, jumping in the conversation.! Looks like I have to find another T-Mobile store. I always would drive to Peachtree City because they were so good for so long at this location. I refuse to go to the one in Fayetteville because I had bad service there won’t be coming here anymore either looking for a new store. If you don’t want my business, I can take it elsewhere.
