Barista was very rude to me because I was in the drive thru 4mins early to pick up my mobile order because they were 20mins behind. And my coffee was not good at all.

Nice staff and I understand they’re busy but it took them 10 mins to hand me one drink and about 30 mins to hand me my other one. They both were small drinks and people who came in and ordered after me got their drinks first smh. And when I got my hot drink they left out some stuff and told me to go back in line only to hand it back to the person who made it in the first place. They need a more organized system.

If you want them to go by the recipe of your drink -DO NOT GO , They will give you the biggest attitude! I ask 1 extra pump and add whip.. They make it how they WANT to make it and get mad when you ask for the missing whip cream.?

I always order ahead in the app. Line is usually longer but they are always on point and have the order ready. Drinks are always to perfection compared to the other Starbucks by Publix off 54. Staff are very friendly!

The customer service here is terrible. I drove for door dash and my first time here. I went to the mobile area and waited patiently for over 10 minutes without a greeting from anyone in the store. I proceeded to stand in the regular line for the cashier to tell me that they were still working on the order and directed me back to the mobile area.
