Joy P was the best salesperson at Talbots that I’ve ever worked with. I called ahead of time to exchange sizes of 2 items purchased online. She followed up with setup a time to come in and along with a calendar invite. When I arrive she was so friendly and ready to assist me. We had a few small challenges trying to find my size. She asked would you like try on some items I set aside for you based on your history. I was so amazed that she would take the time to do this service on her own. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back to Talbots Peachtree City. Talbots keep Joy P. at your store. Thank you Joy for your hospitality.

Not the same quality and not the same friendly service in the store. Sad that it is not the same, because it was my favorite store just a couple of years ago.

Very nice and friendly place. Neatly organized by size. Store is well-lit and set at temperature for most to shop at the heart content. They have spacious dressing rooms to try outfits on before making your desires to purchase. Some say the store always plays tricks on you with the mirrors and lighting. No worries, if you get your purchase home and decide that it isn't for you. The return process is as easy as it can be. Even if you ordered online. Just make sure you are within the return window and visit the store they will be happy to help refund or exchange the purchase or gift for you. Make sure you have your receipt or the card you purchased it on. Hope you enjoy your shopping 🛍 like I do when we go in. Don't forget to add yourself to the mailing list to get their catalog so you know when the new selections come out.

Unfortunately, not a great experience for my Mom and me. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what. But we found it difficult to get someone to help us look for the right items. We just felt ignored. Hopefully, this was just a hiccup in their regular service. My Mom is older and really is their target market.

I went in this store yesterday with a friend. I was treated so poor, by a sales associate behind the counter. The lady that was helping me was nice, but she needed to ask the other lady how to enter a promo I had received for signing up for their text messages. That lady was very argumentative. At some point, all the other customers stopped, and looked over at me waiting for my response. As I was waiting to purchase the 130.00 jacket, I was ready to tell them forget it, but because I was with my friend, I decided to deal with this. When we left, my friend told me that woman was not nice!! I won't ever be back to this store ever! I will be contacting corporate.

My first time shopping at this store was around the end of April of this year and I must say, it was absolutely amazing. The manager, Mary Noll, was extremely helpful and all of the employees were very pleasant. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and they definitely make you feel like you are in the right place!
