Checkout nightmare, 1 cashier and 2 of the 4 self checkout operational

Target is good for finding different things that you need now and don't want to wait for shipping or make stops at different stores like office supply and electronics. But make sure you took your patient pill because their check out experience is as bad as walmart now. It took me less time to locate my 3 items in different departments and not clearly marked where to find them, asking for help from a worker to guide me, than it did to check out. 1 cashier had 3 buggies waiting, and the 4 self check outs had 10 people waiting when I arrived. A supervisor comes by and looks and I guess determined that was acceptable as she walks over to chat with a friend that had come in... ignoring the self check out station with a flashing red light "HELP ME". Finally a patron pipes up... HEY CAN YOU HELP THAT MAN WITH THE RED LIGHT. She frowns, says good bye to her friend and helps clear that station. By that time there are 10 more people behind me in the self check out line (now 17 total) and 3 more in the cashier line with buggies (6 total). We are blocking the whole main aisle and I saw at least two people walk in and turn around. The supervisor... she left the area. It took me about 3 min to check MYSELF OUT (and I don't even work for target and it sure wasn't more convenient or faster) because I waited 20 min in line to check out. Had I not NEEDED the items that day, I would have left them in the aisle and walked out.Target will go the way of KMART if they don't get their act together to pay people enough to want to work there and remove the silly rule of only some people can be cashiers, but don't have enough on duty to open up registers or help people in self check out. If the random person can check themselves out, then any employee that isn't mentally disabled can run a cash registered.

Excellent. Using the Drive Up option on the app was so convenient. Once I pulled up to the parking space it took less than two minutes to get everything I ordered. Very efficient!

Bought a gift card on December 13 from Target. Just attempted to spend ot amd it say $0. It was new and not scratched off. I called the 1800 number an entered my information and someone spent it on December 28. Target and any other company selling gift card should take responsibility and put in procedures in place to protect tje consumer like you do beauty products. This is nothing new but nothing continues to be done about scammers stealing

I made an online order and when I went to pick up the Pillow they gave me the wrong pillow. When I went to return the pillow back to the store the cashier call Karen was hasty & rude to me. As a result they've definitely lost a valued customer.

NOPE!! 1 cash register open and only self check out... on a holiday weekend! This is normal here. I didn't even shop. Walked right out! Lots of red shirts around watching everyone struggle. Like theyre all managers and the customers are the employees! What a truly messed up system in place at this store. Who is managing here? Not even busy- plenty of up front parking. Still they won't deal with the few customers they have!! Complete exploitation of self check out system.

This has been my favorite Target for YEARS, but I’m not sure what’s happening lately. Quality of service has declined significantly, long lines, outdated sale signs posted and I recently got home and realized my son’s juice boxes were expired. Thankfully he only drank one, but check your dates if you purchase anything to be consumed! I’m in this store several times a week because it’s convenient, but I think I’ll start driving to a different location.

Ms.Betty and Ms.Jennifer were excellent at helping me making my purchase and when struggling with the self checkout machine not working. Thank you ladies for such a kind attitude!

I have never received a horrible customer experience at any Target location until I came to this store. Karen should not work at the customer service desk.

The service at this target is always a bad experience for me but today was humiliating. I went to self checkout because the lines at the registers were long. I checked myself out and had an item with a red marker on it so I walked to the side of the service desk to ask an employee to take it off for me. As I walked over Ms. Karen was helping an member so I waiting until she got finished and I had to say excuse me 3 times before she acknowledged me and she proceeded to tell me wait and walked off and when she came back she greeting me with an attitude and after she helped, had a smart remark to say to the other member as I left. Very unprofessional and I wait patiently and I don't know if I get this kind of service because I look young (I'm 26 btw) but they seem to only respect the elder.
