I always use this place and I had the worst experience today.. The middle-aged woman seems to be a mentally challenged employee. I've never seen an employee so unkind and rude. Don't get annoyed with the customer. Your paycheck comes from customers' pockets.Wait a minute.... I just read the review and is she the owner of this branch, not the employee???? I've visited more than 10 times and all the staff I met were very kind... Not this time.....There must be a some problem with why there are one and five stars in the review..

Another bizarre experience to add to the list!The owner of the store, Kina, is aggressive, confrontational, and unhelpful. I am still stunned and confused by my interaction with her.I will not be sending my packages here for pick up any longer. The Michael’s access point up the hill is easy peasy in comparison.

I truly enjoy coming to this UPS Store. I love the employee's energy especially Tina. She's a breath of fresh air! She seems to be sooooooo very genuine to all customers no matter what. I choose to come to this store because of the 2 of them. Absolutely appreciate them!

This UPS store only gives you the cost of the shipping price and once boxed they then tell you the cost of the box and handling fees (which can be over half of the shipping cost). If you don’t like the price anymore you can refuse to do it, but then they’ll charge you for the box that you will not be using. There needs to be more transparency before doing anything altogether. That way they don’t have to use a box and the customer doesn’t lose any money. It’s just that simple especially when you have people going in there not familiar with how the shipping costs are going to work. It just feels like a scam to only give someone 2/3 of the total cost, then the full price once everything is done, finally charging you the box without mentioning that was going to be included. I understand it can vary depending on weight like there’s some things you can’t determine until after the fact. But hiding the box price? Not a good service for customers.Edit (Response to Owner’s response): Though my 1 star review was about another customer (my girlfriend) my experience with this store wasn’t great either. There was a problem and the owner didn’t look to have any intention on helping or finding a solution to fix this issue. She just kept saying how she was sorry that my girlfriend was confused and that any business handles this the same way. I haven’t had this problem anywhere else. Every price added on to anything was told to me upfront. I’m glad most people had a good experience here but I hope everyone looks at the one star reviews whenever there was a bad experience. See how the owner is and how she handles problems when they happen. Also see how she responds to these reviews. You can really witness her frustrations firsthand. This is the kind of attitude you’ll find in this store when having an issue. Ask yourself if it’s really worth risking coming here and experiencing that. It’s simply not worth it.2nd Update: This will be my last response because I can not let that teenager comment slide. I can’t believe the owner flat out lied about how I treated her teenage employee. I was calm and just wanted an explanation to what happened. This whole review is just silly. My only issue was transparency. Yet the owner is doing everything she can to make a customer (with a bad experience) look bad.

We use them for Amazon, Zappos, every form of commerce you can imagine. We come in at all hours. We have been so impressed with the quality of service and care this team consistently shows. They printed our graduation and prom banners. Great store. Thank you so much!

Great store and excellent customer service. I use them all the time for Amazon and Zappos returns. They also do a great job of printing pictures of my grandbaby on canvas.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!Let me preference this. I normally do not ship things out but I have in the past with a few other places. This place is the first place that I’ve ever had such a horrible experience with. I initially came in with two boxes. My stuff was ready just needed shipping labels. There were two women in there. There was a young lady and an old lady. After reading the reviews it definitely seems like the old lady I dealt with was the “owner”. So back to my incident! The young lady said “Since there are two boxes do you want me to put them in one box so that you will only have to pay for one shipping label?”. I said “sure”. The younger lady goes and puts them in one box and the older lady comes to check me out and get all the info. I give her the info and she quotes me $47. I’m like “wow thats a little high” and they explain to me that it’s going to California so it will be a little high. I’m like “yeah that makes sense.” And I’m still cool. Well the young lady comes back with the now consolidated box and then rings me up and the price is NOW $61. At that point I’m shocked. I’m like “what happened to the $47” you guys originally quoted me. She said “Well I had to rebox your stuff and then the service fee” I’m trying to put two and two together because at the end of the math was not mathing. So I decide that is just too much for me and I wanted to cancel the entire transaction and just want to go somewhere else to see if there’s a cheaper price. I say “actually that’s just a bit much for me can I please cancel the order” they say “yes but you still have to pay for the box and service fee”. At that point I am so confused. Nobody told me there would be a extra fee for taking the stuff out of my ORIGINAL two boxes and putting them into one and that there is a service fee. I simply say “okay then can I please get my original stuff back and the two boxes that I had.” The old lady that I think is the owner then completely changes her tone and with a bit of disrespect says “we can’t do that because we already packaged up your order”. I then ask “well cant you simply just take my stuff out and use the box for another time and she simply refuses. At that point I’m upset because there was no transparency in the entire transaction. I was not told about any other additional prices. There are no signs of how much a box is and how much the service fee is to pack your boxes. Then at the end of it when I wanted to get my stuff back they simply refused the whole ordeal is shady and I highly highly HIGHLY recommend you guys go somewhere else. The few times I did have to ship something out it was paxmail near target and Kedron and they were always very upfront with everything for me. At least there you will know what you are getting yourself into in comparison to this scam of a place. Business owner or not. The way you treat others will show and I hope other people learn from my mistake in coming to this horrible business.*UPDATE*As per the owner’s response and a few other customers, it is apparent that this is on point for the owners character to misrepresent our interaction and turn it back on the customer. I did not remember signing anything and they did not tell me about a up charge until after I got the final total and the box had been already been modified. I was never told about how much this box would cost and this tape and service fee until I questioned why my total is $19 higher. At the end of the day for whoever tends to stumble upon my review, this store is not transparent and they tried to get me with this bait and switch. Either way beware of this shady store.*UPDATE 2*In conclusion, I’m glad that what I was trying to convey was finally seen by the manger and I got a refund but ultimately with my initial experience there was no transparency and that definitely gave me the impression of a bait and switch. As for any of my “derogatory” terms, I still stand by the words I have said. Just because you provide a refund does not mean you provide good/ excellent customer service.

I have always been treated courteously and professionally at the Line Creek store. It’s the only one we use. I most recently interacted with Kina and she was so helpful and pleasant.

Kina and her staff recently printed thank -yous , posters , drink signs, tik taks , , kid packets and everything we needed for our daughters wedding !! It was a pleasant relief to know that this was something I didn’t have to worry about and it was going to be done to perfection. The quality of the items printed, and the professionalism of the staff was so much appreciated during this time in our life.. I would definitely trust Kina and her staff with all of our printing and shipping needs.

Got angrily told off by the owner while trying to return a mis-delivered package from UPS. She informed me that I would need to drive the UPS package (which remember, is not mine — I’m just trying to help here) to a UPS hub because her store is not part of UPS. Perhaps don’t call yourself “The UPS Store” then? Bizarre. Avoid if you can.Update: Perfectly in character that this owner would reply by blaming the customer and misrepresenting our interaction. I was never angry; she was. I was (and still am) genuinely confused by both the UPS Store’s policy of not accepting mis-delivered UPS packages, and by her behavior. From the other reviews it’s clear I’m not alone. The fact that she blames the customer says a lot about her approach to customer service. There are plenty of other UPS Stores nearby. I suggest doing business with one of theminstead.

We have had a mailbox at this location for over a year now only because it is the closest to us. The staff at this location are extremely unfriendly. There are no smiles on their faces, no welcoming greeting or questions about your day. No small talk and when you need something done, they are full of attitude and make you feel as though they do not want your business. Makes me feel like I’m a burden to give them my business. When our mailboxes is up, we will make the extra drive to give another location our business.

Tina was incredibly helpful! I have been having issues (not with ups) on trying to get passport pictures and Tina was quick to help me! I am extremely satisfied and will make sure to go to this ups location for my shipping needs!
