Went to pick up the truck that I reserved? When I got there, it was strange that the tire had a hole in it!! I gave 3 stars bc the first guy that waited on me was super nice!

Tried to call ahead to ask a few questions, a guy picked up and was incredibly rude. Just became disgusted and hung up, didn't want to bother at that point.
