I would have to say this location was an experience, and not the good kind. Once entering the location; there was a long line which is not a problem with me. But once I was getting serviced by the gentleman; I wished I never came. I had two items from Amazon to return. One had a barcode to scan and another I had to print out the label. I had two boxes I was holding while in line so once I was able to set it down at the station I had to retrieve it on my phone. The gentlemen at the station seemed annoyed. Once I found the barcode for him to scan, he scanned it and processed the first package. Then when it came down to the second package I had to send an email of the label to the UPS designated email. I sent and he said he never got. I sent again and still did not get it. He didn’t even give it 5min to wait for the email to come through he just sent me towards the entrance stating that “maybe I’ll get better WiFi over there”? Ok, whatever to make this process easier right? As I’m sending the email at the entrance door the gentleman takes the next customer and continues to assist others until the line is gone. And then he disappears? I go back to his station where my things were and I wait patiently for him to finish what he started, but that was wishful thinking. I had another associate ask me if I’m being assisted and I said “I guess not”. She starts assisting me and finds the label to print on their computer and I was able to get out of there. Honestly there is no standard of customer service in there and it’s unfortunate. Whatever an employee is going through I shouldn’t be the receiving end of that. And if this is just his personality then that needs to be addressed. Customers/ people don’t deserve that kind of treatment. Please be aware and be kind.

I’ve visited this particular UPS Store quite a few times over the past 3yrs and the customer service is not acceptable. The older woman who works there is rude whenever I have a general question by phone and in person. I understand they stay busy throughout the year, but they should still greet their customers and not become irritated about a question regarding a service they offer. My last visit was a few days ago to get something notarized and before I can even finish asking the question, the male employee interrupted me and said they aren’t doing them because of all the holiday returns. I can understand that, but don’t be rude about it. I’ve just had too many poor experiences at this UPS store to return. I’ll be taking my business to other UPS stores who provides superb customer service..

DO NOT use this store! I have used this store in the past for personal and business usage and had good customer service from the employees. Went in there on 12/15/23 to have my 74 yo father's driver's license sent overnight to him in MI as he left it here in GA by mistake. I originally paid $56 to send overnight and was told by the very nice and professional associate that it would get to my dad by 4-7pm next day. I told him my dad needed it sooner as he was scheduled to pick up a rental car in the morning. He said if i paid $91 it was guaranteed by 10am or money back. I paid as I was told but it did not show up at 10am. I went to the store at 11:30am next day and spoke to the manager. The associate that worked with me day prior recognized me and confirmed that he worked with me and told me what time it would be there. The MANAGER said that the associate made a mistake when shipping and didn't select Sat and that it would be there Mon. She would not provide the guaranteed refund because she said it was MY responsibility as the customer to read the fine print on the screen and I would have noticed the date difference. My receipt does not show that date AND the employee owned the mistake and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. DO NOT use this store. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be escalating this issue to corporate and BBB.

While visiting my daughter over the weekend for the holidays I had to return a pair of boots that broke from Amazon to the UPS store. Is to my surprise that an employee was giving her her political views on the company of Amazon and how she feels about the company and how Amazon's being sued by several US states. As a business owner myself I believe that UPS should train their employees and how to keep their opinions and views to themselves cause it's not professional to speak negatively about other companies while they're handling UPS business.

Went to go get a document notarized, as advertised on the website, only to find out they will not have a notary until 2024. In addition to this, the lady relaying the information was rude for no reason. I wish they would update Google or their website or even a sign out front to convey things like this. Thankfully PakMail was able to notarize my documents.

Staff is just really rude every time I go there for no reason. If your ever having a good day and want someone to ruin it this a great place for that. I would strongly encourage going to any other UPS location even if it's further away. The amount you'll pay in gas is probably less than what they will charge for tape or to print out a single sheet of paper. They nickel and dime you every chance they get. If I could do less than 1 star I would 0/10 would not recommend.

I used to come in here weekly to get closing documents notarized and to overnight them but every time they are rude/make it more difficult than other locations so I had been driving across town to go to another store despite living right by this one. Today at 4:23 the lady who always notarizes my documents says they stop notarizing at 4:00. They change their notary policy pretty frequently depending on the way the wind blows. I understand not notarizing if there isn't one available but to be a notary and turn customers away at 4:23 bc you don't feel like it is ridiculous. All the other stores notarize until at least 6 if one is available but this store wants to be difficult despite having multiple notaries standing there. They are as terrible as the PTC post office. Look at the reviews. This is a perfect example of why this location is lazy and doesn't care about customer service compared to the others

I dont know who was working on 9/19/23 (today) but she literally sighed at me when I asked for help over the phone. And then said "I have a line of 10 people. So it has to be quick." Horrible customer service.

Well, I was looking for a pmb, and this location is perfect. After all of the bad reviews, I think I will take my business elsewhere. I can't deal with rude people.

Sometimes it’s OK. Usually it’s crowded and I think that due in part to the ability or attitude of the personnel to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Case in point, with a line of 8-10 customers, one guy who is usually helping people picks up a ringing phone instead of servicing the folks who are waiting to give them money. Kinda d**** The store on 54 near Michael’s is the best. Worth driving the extra couple of miles to me.

It is in your best interest not to ship here. They offer USPS shipping here, when asked will it ship the same they stated yes. I shipping my package on 6/29 and the tracking says it wasn’t picked up. I came in the store for assistance and the said it was nothing they can do. Not even given me a refund on the shipping! Why offer a service if you can not support it.

I use this location often. Unfortunately, the quality of service has dropped substantially. I have tried, and continue to try, for 2 hours to get someone on the phone. No one answers from 4-6:30. I would go in, but just got out of the hospital and can't drive. Please tell someone to answer the phone!Update. I emailed the address below, no answer. Day 2 of calling with no answer still.

I called the store because I just needed to decipher what the online package tracking meant. I understand they can’t personally track packages but I was trying to make sense of what the company meant. The guy ended up mocking me and making fun of me, repeating my questions back like a parrot. I could hear him laughing with his coworkers in the background. I will never give this company my business again. Terrible service the last two times I’ve worked with them and now so low as to bully customers on the phone for fun. Disgusting! Don’t EVER give them your business!

I stood in line to ship a package, and the lady took my package and walked me over to a bin saying that I put in in there. She then tossed it into the bin, despite me wanting her to scan it so that it would officially be shipped, and I would get the tracking details. It's been three days, and my package still hasn't shipped, and the store won't answer any of my calls. I've been to post offices with better service then this.
