I recently visited the UPS Store with high hopes, only to leave feeling underwhelmed and dissatisfied. My experience at this establishment warrants a two-star rating, and here's why:I visited the store for notaries. Initially, they asked me to wait for a few minutes until my turn came. So I was waiting there for 30 minutes, and after 30 minutes, they said they couldn't do the notary until they cleared the shipping that the people were waiting for and asked me to come back after 3 PM.They could have decided and told me this before.

Love this location it’s fast and convenient if you are mailing something they keep all contacts in their system. The staff is friendly they always smile and greet me. I have had no problems with this company.

Went in to ship a small envelope - no other customers in the store being serviced, 10 Nov 2023 1:40PM - A youngish lady and younger male employee behind the front desk. Neither bothered to even look at me. The lady was in an involved phone conversation, the young male was packaging something internally for UPS as he kept scanning bar codes of office supplies and putting them in a box. I waited 2 minutes, then 3, then after about 5-minutes I waved my arm saying “Hello, can I please have some acknowledgment that I’m here, some help? Am I invisible?” The sheepish young man still wouldn’t look at me or even say hello. The lady said I will be with you in a minute. It took almost 10 minutes to get service with no one else in the store. Is it too much to expect a greeting or some acknowledgment that you are a customer, that they see you and care about your needs and your time? These individuals should be holed away in front of a computer or in a cubicle NOT servicing customers. I’ll go to a different store in the future.

Employee 230548 was extremely dry….and one could barely hear him talk! He didn’t even greet us at the counter! Not a good thing!!!

Female and male owners have deplorable customer service. Female is very rude and provoking. Choose one of the other UPS locations in Peachtree City.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Needed one page notarized and even though the notary was standing right in front of me and not busy, refused and sent me to a store 20 minutes away. Never again with this location

I don’t know why so many people have given this one star. For over two years I’ve been coming here and every single employee bust their tail to work as fast as possible. There is usually a line out the door of people returning Amazon packages but I have yet to run into a single employee that doesn’t know what they’re doing. Professional and courteous every single time.Don’t blame the store for ridiculous shipping prices lol

I have been here several times for notary service and never needed an appt. Today they decided that they can only do by appt, when the lady that does notary is right there not doing anything.

Good luck getting notary service on Saturday. I went there at 5 pm and they said they stopped at 4 pm. Now they had 3 people working, one customer and the person they asked is the notary. What has happened to customer service?

Seldom have I experienced greater irresponsibility / borderline complete ignorance in business. This location is utterly awful. Please take your business elsewhere if your shipment needs to be somewhere on time.
