Walked in to look at new iPhones and was greeted by the sales associate “we are too busy to assist you come back another day” guess it’s a different provider for me. Been with Verizon 15 years but I’m out now

I’m not sure if it’s the personnel in the store or if the Verizon systems in general need revamped. Everything takes far too long. We exchanged phones two days ago, which took two hours. Then, today we simply tried to drop the original phone off. That took an hour. They weren’t very busy.either time. Some people were allowed to walk right in without checking in and were taken care of. Other people who came in after us were addressed before us. Quite aggravating. We are looking for options for future service. I’d rather get a root canal than to go to this place.

Stay far away. This store allowed someone to walk in say they were me and than gave someone else my phone number which than allowed them to hack into all of my accounts. I am not even located in the state of GA. I tried contacting the store and manager to find out why any employee would provide my number on a new SIM card to someone without looking into the account or confirming who they were and it is impossible to speak to anyone. I have had all my accounts including banking and financial compromised because of the lack oversight in this store. Buyer beware.Verizon acknowledge it was their error but they don't even offer identity theft as a service when they have given out all of your personal information.

Very dishonest people & take advantage of elderly people! Called Verizon today after my gut said something was off and they did lie to my parents to try to get them to get new phones. Will not be coming back to this store ever again.

Arrived at West Park store at 6:45 PM. Store closes at 7. Wanted to upgrade my phone and change plans. Store person told me that they couldn’t do it because they had already shut down their systems. But they could make me an appointment for the next day. Formal company complaint filed

If I could leave more stars I would. Dealing with Verizon can be challenging, frustrating and all over a pain. I have spent 4 days and over 12 hours trying to get a line transferred from one account to another and a new phone for that line. I have been given the run around told so many things and lies empty promises. Told the agents would call me back and they didn’t, told my account was upgraded to the new plan and wasn’t. So when I came in Britt took care of me. He got me set up the right way. Knew exactly what to do. Believed me when I told him I was promised something even though there was nothing he could do to fulfill the false promise he found a even better solution. If you want an honest patient person to help you with all your Verizon and phone needs Britt is your man. He deserves 10 stars in my book and need a huge raise. Thank you Britt for all you did for me.

After being charged three times for service. Customer service online were no help, but the people at the store were and my phone is finally working. Now to be credited for being charged 3 times on the bill.

One a heavy a rain Sunday we went to there for new line but nobody help us especially right front seat young white men told us he can not do anything to us. he said that you guys do all, my computer does not works.Is that make sense why they there? Are they doll ? The Verizon should be train their employees! Would not have hire an employee to do anything

We had the ABSOLUTE BEST experience at this location! We had the red carpet treatment! The general manager, Saad, was amazing as he approached all customers who weren't attended to confirm their needs and to let them know they'd be next in the queue. We received more than we bargained for in terms of the total experience. We'll definitely be returning for future needs and we'll refer others to this location.

The store and the associates were great however I had to call someone in the call center while in the store. I ordered a phone online, didn't receive it, it was returned to Verizon (ups tracking verified). So I go to the store to get a new phone there and was told I couldn't. Why? I was told the phone I never touched nor ever signed for, took possession of, ect. Hasn't been checked into the system so I ask how is that my problem I never had the phone. No answer provided no more help given and was told to come back in 5 to 7 days. I'm going to TMobile tomorrow.

As I entered the store I was promptly greeted. Meredith the Verizon specialist was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer questions and assist me on a phone upgrade. The customer service she provided was exceptional. Securing an appointment online was a simple task The manger was present and supportive of both customers and staff, a really good experience! .

I had an appointment at the Verizon Store in Peachtree City at 6pm. We arrived around 515pm and was met by Kenneth. I told him that, we were here to upgrade my wife's phone. (NOTE) that we were third in line. When he was getting our information, he told us that it was going to be awhile. No problem, we just started looking at phones that were on display. While looking around, I noticed that Kenneth was just standing there looking at his own phone. After waiting for about 15mins, another customer walked in, and was met by another employee. He had no problem getting her information (NOTE) I heard her say that she did not have a appointment. I guess after Kenneth saw this he then came over to us and started helping. Fast forward, the paper work went smooth as could be. He then told us he would be right back that he was going to get our paperwork and bag. He came back and started putting our stuff in the bag. He said that when I powered the phone up for the first time, I needed to be near wifi, or next to the phone that we were transferring information from. Which I knew this from my phone that I purchased from this location and had no problem. I asked Kenneth if pull the phone out and power it on to make sure that it would power on, and also to check for damages. Yes the phone was in a sealed box, but things happen. He said that if we wanted to wait around we could do it ourselves at the other side of the building. But he refused to be any help.I noticed that he gave me a box for my trade in, I explaned to him that I already spoke with Verizon on line and they told me to bring my phone to this location, that they could mail it back.NOPE, Kenneth said that they dont do that.It seemed like he was trying to push us out the door, like he was waiting an appointment, which I had one at 6pmSo has much as we pay for phone service, and products from this company and the way we were pushed out the door. They must not care about the people who are keeping them in busniess.
