Don’t go to this Verizon store. Save yourself a headache and your bank account a hole in it. They LIE and SCAM you and act like they have to do things they aren’t required to do just to be able to charge more. They will upcharge you any chance they get and Aliyah will do it with a rotten look on her face. My friend went in for a new phone and walked out with the wrong one and a bundle of things she didn’t need and didn’t know she was being charged for till after she swiped her card. It makes me sad there are people like this in the world. Go to the location at Commerce, it’s way better.

I went in to get a new phone and was also signed up for services I did not want and was told they "had to do that" at the store. I was also pushed a ton of accessories I didn't need, and was led to believe they were included as part of some promotion. When we got home and were able to actually look over the bill, we realized what had happened. I honestly feel swindled. I will never set foot in this store again. Shame on me for not questioning everything, but buyer beware at this store.

This store fraudulently signed me up for services I did not request. The actual Verizon had to fix it and they have had this happen before.This seems more like an independent authorized shop that is lacking in product and customer experience. Was greeted but then waited 20 mins while the main lady was visibly not friendly to me or the lady in front of me.This location will not just sell phones through Verizon without upselling you a case and charger brick.

This store will scam you out of free services afforded to you by the real corporate Verizon store. Be wary, un-trained employees matched by gold-chain wearing management.

I’m a work from home employee of Verizon and wanted to see the iPhone 15s in person. I walked in the store and was not greeted and was ignored for the 8 mins I was in there looking at phones. There was one customer at the desk and I saw 2 workers. I was VERY disappointed because I was looking forward to picking the brains of my coworkers. I, more importantly, had a few questions about my account AS A CUSTOMER. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location, or in person for that matter. I called the 800 number and my questions were answered over the phone. I’m still amazed of my in store treatment or lack there of I should say.

These people will lie to your face. When we traded in our old cell phones, La La and Lei Lei (Verizon employees) told us our new phones were "free." Now Verizon is charging us a payment every month for the new phones that were supposed to be "free." My wife has gone to the location to talk to the manager (Jared) on 4 separate occasions over a 2-week period, but she keeps getting the run-around. The manager says, "I am checking into this situation," but he does nothing. These people will rip you off. Stay away from this location and all Verizon stores.

This is the best Verizon I have ever been to. I went to this location because of a SIM card failure, after camp creek location tried to get me for $50 dollars (not on this glorious day). Anyway the two young ladies Lala and Alaina(sorry girl if I spelled your name wrong) but they was so patient with me and did everything in their power to help me and I am so thankful. You two make a great team. They both need promotions just give them their own store because they were really great. No one else could help not even customer service but they could so they did thanks ladies. They said their manager was Jared so Jared you have a good two they are doing great.

I went to Verizon in Kedron Village Peachtree city. I worked with LaLa mainly who was also helped at times by Lani. LaLa was very knowledgeable, respectful and all round brilliant. Thank you ladies. We will be back

Terrible service. I had to stop two times and two different days just to get my pin reset. I tried doing that online but they keep giving me 6 digit code and neede 4 so I had to stop in the office and the service is so bad! The guy working at the time was very rude!
