You could drop dead waiting on a prescription. This has got to be the slowest place on earth. I don't understand why nothing is being done to improve their respond time. We are not customers, we are victims!!!

Yikes This place has reached an all time low in customer service. Went to pick up photos. Waited 10 minutes for an associate to find a document for me to sign before I picked them up. Phone rang in the middle of our conversation and associate proceeded to speak on the phone to her manager for the next 5 minutes without acknowledging me. Then I waited an extra 10 minutes for the photos to print. But the printer didn’t work so I never got my photos.Not mad at the printer but no one explained the situation to me without me having to conduct a full on investigation. Does no one know how to communicate anymore? Sigh.There was one cashier there doing her best but received zero support from her co workers and she was very overwhelmed.Additionally, I was jumped over by 4 customers and was made to wait even longer. I was about to leave but my wicker aide wanted to stay so I could be honest about this review.The nice cashier finally told me the printer wasn’t working so I left after about 25 minutes. Moral of the story…go someplace else for photos and for anything else there.This store manager needs to take some classes on how to provide customer service and then teach it to employees.Not coming back here

So sad about how my son was treated tonight. He is sick, likely with strep throat. We arrived for Walgreens QuickCare at 6:11pm (closing is at 7:00pm). As we walked up, both exam rooms were open and empty so I was grateful he would not have to wait. I began online checkin when a clinic staff member came around the corner and said “there are no more openings, it’s too late in the day.” I asked what the standard procedure is because I thought it was walk-ins and she mumbled something and said she won’t see him today. It was 45 minutes until close and there were ZERO patients. Is this standard protocol to turn patients away 45 minutes before closing time?

Waiting in the drive through for the pharmacy while writing this.I hope you guys understand that taking 15+ minutes per car isn't normal.Not sure what the issue is, do you need more training? This is pathetic

They no longer allow you to buy how much you want. Reading the other reviews, this place has completely changed. Shop at another Walgreens.Also, I hate the fact that you can't see the product from the cooler. You see a screen first and then hope there is a product you want. We have enough screens in society. We don't need it in stores when we want to buy a soda and milk.

I used to love this Walgreens, but they have gone downhill. The staff is very rude especially the associate working at the register in the pharmacy in the morning of 9/16/2023. It is such a shame how they treat patients who may already be having a difficult time medically, emotionally, and financially.

I went in to pick up two photo books my mother in law had made for the kids. One was made in March, totally my fault for not picking it up sooner, and the other was from a week ago. The woman at the front seemed annoyed from the moment I said what I was there for. She asked my name? Looked for a second and told me neither books were there. I told her I have a voicemail on my phone from your store advising me the March book was in fact still there and my mother in law had confirmation of this new one. I refused to leave. She looked again and found the new one. I said okay and the other? She replied it wasn’t here and I said okay well is there a manager here or a time I can call and speak to a manager? As soon as I said that and her manager was walking over she all of a sudden found the second book. Now, all of this wouldn’t have prompted a review from me except the attitude I received was awful. I walked into a store to pick something up that was paid for, that I knew was at the store, and because I refused to walk away I was the problem customer who deserved to be treated in that way? Awful customer service. We’ll be going out of our way from now on to go to the other Walgreens across the city.

They advertise that they take fed ex packages but they do not. I took my prepaid envelope into the store and the employee, Patsy, did not want to deal with it and told me "they" won't let them take it I asked who "they" is and she said fed ex. I asked why not and she said something about a barcode. She then asked me where it was going and I said the name and address of the lab is on the envelope. She then said they don't take bloodwork. I explained that it is not bloodwork, it's a dust sample from my home getting evaluated for mold. She then said they don't take alcohol. I said it's not alcohol. She said she wouldn't take it. So extremely unhelpful and unable to get a story together since she gave so many different ones.

I went to this store and the lady at the photo section at the front was so rude to me. When I asked her why she was being mean to me she said she didn’t like repeating herself and promptly turned her back on me. When I said Ms. This is not how you treat customers, she asked me if I was giving her a lecture. I am traumatized and never coming back here. Not sure if she was being racist towards me or simply mean. Old white lady pure evil.

If I could rate this less than a one star I would. The manager or assistant manager there is one racist nasty attitude person. I always come here to reload my card and it’s always having issues with the system. When she’s not there they have no issues. Until she’s out at a different location or something this store will always have horrible reviews.

Customer service is awful. I understand not liking your job. However, the customer should not feel uncomfortable or shamed for shopping at your store. As a customer, I know things are sometimes beyond your control, however an apology for an unexpected event is not too much to ask, especially when you return to pickup photos that were promised by a particular time and then when you get there you are told, oh well you are just going to have to wait until Wednesday.

Terrible at filling scripts in a timely manner. Drive thru cashier has a rude demeanor. Long drive thru wait. Will look for another pharmacy for prescription needs.
