We’ve been patients of Dr. Bennett for several years and are very pleased with him and his staff. We moved an hour and a half away from his practice a few years ago and still make the drive to see him. “Great bedside manner.”

I am modifying my previously 1 star review. There are a couple of front desk clerks that are the worst in class, but the rest of the team are so kind that they do not deserve a bad rating. Also, as said, Dr Bennet is a kind person and sure he knows his craft.Dr Bennet is great. The nurses are kind and supportive. The front desk staff and other support personnel they’re blatantly rude and unprofessional. They kill the whole experience and is a shame for Dr Bennet because you can see that it is the general opinion on these reviews.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bennett's for about 5 years now. First I would like to say that Dr. Bennett, Mrs.Jennifer and there is one other doctor I have seen I believe twice and all three are amazing. As for the nurses assistant and front staff they have had more moments than I like to mention that either they were rude and unprofessional and could never get my meds called in on time or called the wrong medication in. The visits were always a all day ordeal. I personally have sat for 3 hours at some appointments in the past. The gentleman up front that works in the afternoon has just recently been somewhat of a help however i have been in a full blown disagreement in the office. The office is always clean however, and and will say over the last couple of months they have been so much better with a consistent staff up front and the sweet young lady up front has made sure to go beyond her job and makes sure my meds are handled correctly. Great job wingard for making the changes for us and keep up the good work.

won’t be coming here or recommending this place to anyone in fact I’ll steer people away from this place if they ask but why have an appointment scheduled at a certain time AND ask to show up early if you’re going to continue to have to wait another 30 minutes we have things to do as well that’s why people make appointments

Hard to get a hold to anyone took forever they tried to overcharged me and they never called in my prescription i had to return there in person again the next day to remind them and it still wasn’t called in very unprofessional

They lost my appointment then told me they don't take walk ins. Also, I was quoted the wrong price. If the office cannot get a simple thing like an appointment right or the price of their services, it is clear they are not detailed or thorough. I walked out and will not go back. I would not trust this office with any medical procedure since an appointment seems to be a hard task for them. I do not recommend.

Do not GO!!!! Worst Primary Care facility I've ever been to. The staff are unprofessional. The girl who triaged me made rude and unprofessional comments about the patients while they're waiting to be seen by the provider. That is a violation a a persons HIPPA privacy not to mention unacceptable! The NA who was triaging me complained about her job and the provider to me while I was being triaged. Also they will not refill a prescription unless you're seen every three months. For a person in good health with a high deductible plan that is unacceptable! If they were the last doctors office on the planet I would not go! If I could give this place a negative star rating I would.

If you are looking for a place to do your USCIS medical examination for your immigration document asap, I’d not suggest you to go here because they took way too long to get my stuff in. First off, they forgot to schedule me to come in and they accidentally overcharged me $200. I was not happy with how inconsistent the communication was every time I called in and even when I came in, they didn’t have all of my paperwork ready. It’d take over an hour, I understand that they don’t have enough people working but it was just a mess. I appreciate their professional tho!

Very dissatisfied with our experience here. My husband has been a patient for nearly 2 years. We tried this office specifically to see Dr. Bennet but he is almost never there. He has only seen this doctor 1 time. Each visit it is a different doctor. He has to start the conversation over about his medical history each time he sees a doctor as no one is familiar with him nor can help in the consistency of progress and follow-up. Not ideal when you're looking for a place to help you longterm. This office is very transactional and disconnected from the doctors, to the nurses to the front desk staff. We've had a few experiences where the staff was unprofessional as well. Suggest looking for other options before visiting.

This isn't a practical solution for a PCP. This is an urgent care mill that focuses on collecting insurance for the maximum number of visits. My previous PCP would issue a yearly prescription for my only medication, Windgard requires you return every 90 days.

I have visited here off and on for years. Always loved Dr. Bennett, however my recent couple of visits were not good. The front desk person did not greet us upon entry and was rude. We watched them have friendliness with another client who entered but we were treated poorly and when we pointed it out no apology was offered, no effort was made to make it right. We probably won't return, sadly.

Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time!! Will never visit here again. Sat in waiting room for over an hour with two kids. There was nobody in the waiting area but me my kids and the receptionist. After an hour I asked him how much longer, he informed me that they were available the entire time, he just though we were sitting there! this is after he had taken all of my paper showing that we needed to be seen. When I asked him why didn't he let us know after seeing us sit there for an hour, he just shrugged his shoulders.

I needed someone to look at my 11 month old who had a full body rash, and came in after visiting a few other urgent care centers that were booked. Dr Bennett was so kind and caring and was able to look at him even though they usually don't see babies. I am so grateful for him and his time.

I would not recommend Wingard. Unprofessional office staff. Long wait times. Takes weeks of texts and phone calls to refill prescriptions. I’ve given them 8 months and I’m switching medical offices now. Terrible experience.
