Worst managed grocery store Iin Norcross! I went here on a Monday night at a peak time around 6 pm and witnessed a cashier stop the entire check out line for a customer to speak with another employee. I asked if it was necessary and she said yes. This resulted in numerous customers having to wait longer at a great inconvenience.
The cashier didn't even have the basic knowledge of customer service and felt it was appropriate to put others into such a bad situation.

Similar to the Aldi's in Europe... Need a quarter for a cart, which I love because people return the carts! Inside it was clean, most items in stock. Staff was mixed, friendly and rude. Parking out front, fair prices. Got my feel for an American Aldi.

My overall experience in this Aldi’s store was okay until it came to checking out because the cashier Branelle was just rude!!! She said indirect insults like I can’t hear them when I am standing right there!! Aldi’s needs to do better when hiring their staff especially when it comes to their cashiers!!! Not the first time I have come across a rude cashier from this Aldi’s!!

This store was a let down for me. Let me say from the baskets area to inside the store was very filthy. Trash all over the ground and floors inside. The shelves were not near at all. Employees were very nice. Check took a long time. Only 2 people on register. Wow the store was busy. I am a Aldi lovers and am new to the area. I will give them one more chance. Come on people get it together.

The team here is fantastic! Each time I've shopped here, the cashiers have been highly efficient, friendly, and professional regardless of the high volume of shoppers. Kiundra today was the epitome of professional expediency combined with friendliness!

Open a container of strawberries today that I purchase yesterday. No one has touched these in my house but i found 3 strawberries already bitten and still in the container. Like that is nasty
